Very nice rooms and good breakfast, beds very comfortable
The Manager Trey was rude
Don’t stay here
The location was good and the parking lot was well lit.
The floors of my room (303) were absolutely disgusting, I wore my shoes in the room and laid towels down in the bathroom. The staff was extremely rude, and one young man with a tall afro was extremely rude. I came down after a sporting event to purchase a bottled water before bed. I asked the young man if I could purchase a bottle water. At that same time a player who made a mistake was discussing his mishap during the game and I wanted to hear what he was going to say. I turned to the television. The young man said “How many do you want?”, and I said please hold on I wanted to watch this “I’m sorry I want to hear this”. He then raised his voice and asked me again. I took 3 steps away to hear better in the completely empty lobby at 10pm, and stated again that I wanted to hear what he was saying. The young man then shouted “ONE....TWO....THREE...HOW MANY DO YOU WANT?”. I then left and spent my money elsewhere. There was a middle aged women behind the desk who appeared to be his manager (name tag and clipboard checking info behind desk) but she didn’t reprimand him at all.
Needs remodeling. Old facility. Smells like smoke.
Pool was in the parking lot overlooking a busy street. Had to switch our rooms because it smelt like smoke, carpet looked old, and pillows did not have covers on it. New room’s bathtub was old and cracking. Courtesy breakfast was subpar. Will not stay again.
Perfect for a canceled flight
After the stress of a canceled flight, this was a perfect place for me to relax. Location was a few minutes by car and a fifteen minute walk from the airport. Check-in was easy, and I was in my room in minutes after arriving. Staff was very friendly and kind. All things considered, deal was great and I'd stay again.
The room was a little dirty.
Friendly staff close to airport
Staff was so friendly - rooms were fine - homemade waffles & chicken Tomale soup for breakfast !
I didn't like to be charged twice for the deposit. I got my money back the next day but it would have been nice to have that to do some shopping.
I recommend you stay away from this Ramada.
Van drivers and location and nice new cozy bed linen were all appreciated greatly.
Sopping wet carpet discovered in stocking feet, filthy at that, toilet that didn't flush because the flapper valve was so old it was disintegrating, unmade roll-away bed left in room that I had to remove, raggedy bathroom linens, faucet that would not shut off--seals so bad I couldn't even get it down to a trickle--steady stream, entry door not square--I had to lean into it with my shoulder to get it open. This list is from the 2 rooms I tried. This place is in need of THOROUGH AND COMPLETE renovation, not just dressed-up bed linens and a couple pieces of new furniture.
Old, outdated, floors weren't clean (cereal on floor behind bed), beds were clean enough, but holes in blankets. AC worked well and it was quiet and close to airport for quick commute out in the morning. Breakfast was okay.
Perfect for us!
Airport shuttle runs from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm so we did not need to arrange for a cab. They allow on-site Stay and Park and Fly for a small fee, which was waived this time since it is a new policy and we didn't know. Thanks, Ramada!. Helpful friendly staff. French roast coffee, recommended by the clerk, was delicious at 4:20 am waiting for the shuttle. Quiet and clean room. We have stayed here often and can see improvement and upgrades since it is under new ownership. We look forward to our next stay.
My husband ran out of hot water while showering around 9 am on the second morning; luckily I showered before him and it was fine..
Our room smelled like animal pee. It was a "pet room" and it was obvious. I paid $10 extra so I could stay in a room that smelled like a dirty animal pound.
location near airport and Waffle House, clean room, comfortable temperature and bed.
neighbors were noisy until late on a Saturday night
Every staff person was a pleasure to talk with. Super breakfast. Loved the green chili stew. Lots of amenities and the TV clarity was a treat.
