10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is really comfortable, if you travel with the car, you can visit all beaches and towns of Salento in half an hour, and the nearest beach is just in 10 min by car. Alessano is very cute village, with small center with some local cafes, where you can have a supper till the midnight, also there are some wineshops, where you can make a little degustation of local wines and buy which you like most of all. The house is old and authentic, but well renovated, very comfortable and enjoyable for stay. The parking is safe and just near the house on the road. The breakfast was really good and various, our host Luca brought even fresh croissants for us every morning, that was really nice. Luca is very gentle and friendly, he told us everything about the peninsula Solento and the places which we can visit in these 3 days that we were there. Also you are free to use some roofs for sunbathing or having meal. One evening we have used the barbecue, it is also free and easy to use, just infront of the kitchen. Our stay was entirely the best for visiting Solento! Higly recommended to everyone!

Pros: Very confortable rooms excellent team and great local cooking using the farm garden produce
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything. Breakfast: all fresh, superb. Freshly squeezed fruit juice every morning. Fruit from the Masseria's orchard, bread either from their kitchen or the wonderful local bakery, honey from their own hives, eggs from their hens. Ricotta fresca and natural yoghurt from the amazing bio dairy in Alessano and orange marmalade home made with fruit from a bio orangery near Otranto. Everything absolutely top quality. We liked the welcome we were given, all the information available and Luciana's and Danilo's tireless attention to making sure their guests were comfortable, well fed and informed. The pool was great, as was wandering around the garden and talking with the dogs, Julie and Baldo. Charlie the cat was entertaining and friendly. Dinner was always fun, Danilo's creations always a great surprise and ever delicious. Everyone enjoyed the company and became very friendly. We really couldn't say anything more - it was all truly superb.
Cons: We didn't like having to leave and come home.
