Pros: This was the highlight of our trip to Spain! The hotel is beautiful and our room was spacious, with balcony and amazing, gorgeous view. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived hungry and at a time of day when all the restaurants were closed. We were given a tray of treats to keep us going until dinner. The Ruta de las Pasarelas was a “Can’t miss” hike. The village of Alquézar is very beautiful. We would have enjoyed more time there. Highly recommend!!
Cons: Nothing!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The continental breakfast was very good. The location superb.
Cons: No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has been beautifully converted from an old stone building in the old part of town. It has retained it's historic charm yet has all the modern conveniences. On site parking was a real bonus at no extra cost. The continental breakfast was very good with each table set and provided for when you arrived. Staff were very helpful and accomodating.
Cons: Wifi was down in the rooms while we were there and we needed to go to the lounge for any reception. It may be helpful if the hotel provided parking details before arrival. There is little room to stop in front of the hotel and the parking is around the back of the facility.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful hotel set at the top of a beautiful town. Alquézar is a must-see destination. Villa de Alquézar is a clean, simple hotel with nice helpful staff and a beautiful pool area. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom adjourning. We spent our time here walking the town soaking the vibes and taking pictures and the pool was a perfect place to relax at the end of a day. Villa de Alquézar is within close proximity to food and drink (the town is small). Good coffee can be had from Panaderia L’Artica on the edge of town nearer the main cathedral.
Cons: It’s not that I didn’t like it... but the breakfast was my least favourite part. We arrived to the table at 9:30am the first morning and the food had been sitting on the table from 8am it felt like. We then arrived at 8:30am the next morning and it still felt a bit ‘old’. I think serving fresh when people arrive is just always going to be superior. When I come back again, I would like to see that as a point of difference. Would also be good if they offered real espresso coffee not just filtered. Thank you :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very pleased with the staff everyone was very helpful and friendly.I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Cons: No restaurant in hotel, but there were several restaurants in the surrounding area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Villa de Alquézar is a stylish and comfortable place. The staff is super nice and very helpful. Delicious and big breakfast, nicely served. The owner of the hotel greets you and makes sure that everything is perfect. On site parking is a big convenience. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Boutique Maribel in Alquezar, you'll be a 4-minute walk from Casa Fabián and 11 minutes by foot from Pasarelas del Vero. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and luggage storage.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This property is in a great location in Alquezar, walking distance from everything and easily accessible upon arrival. The free, gated parking was a real plus, especially since parking everywhere else in the city was extremely stressful. We parked it and left it for our stay. The lobby and room are thoughtfully and eccentrically decorated in a very tasteful way. The whole building feels classy, clean and comfortable. Our room had a fantastic view and everything else that we needed. I typically never bathe in hotel tubs, but this one was spotlessly clean, large and had great jacuzzi settings. It was like having our very own hot tub in the room. Really cool! The breakfast was very good as well- starting with a warm plate of iberico ham and fresh heirloom tomatoes and followed by breads and local jams and fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee. We both said that this was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. It feels like a very clean and comfortable museum. The town, although off the beaten path, is a must see! Don’t miss the Hotel Maribel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel - clean, comfortable beds, cozy room. Fresh and tasty breakfast. We would book it again for sure. Parking is not the one next to the hotel but you have to drive a bit further - ask for the instructions at the reception. The town was such a nice surprise - worth a drive! Do not miss the trip to the canyon - as we arrived quite late we did a short one and it was still fun:)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, stunning views, great location, great staff attitude, perfect room
Cons: Our room was on the last floor which is difficult with heavy luggage (luckily I didn't have a heavy bag) and Breakfast may not be personalized but we left satisfied

Cons: All information in the room is in Spanish only (except for the description of the evacuation). The hotel staff also speaks only Spanish, so there are communication difficulties.
6.3 Good
Pros: We didn't have the breakfast. Location was fine.
Cons: No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Bathroom fan didn't work, and when I explained this courteously to the manager, I was told "this isn't my problem". Room cramped. No shower curtain. I could go on . . .

Pros: Everything. The hotel is very pretty, the room was big and comfortable and the staff were great
Cons: The Wi-Fi is unstable (although we had Wi-Fi problems in most of the hotels at north Spain)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a room with a large terraced balcony overlooking Alquézar. This was breathtaking but was one of the more expensive rooms. The room had been really tastefully designed. Breakfast was delivered to our room on a trolley which we then ate on the balcony. The gentleman who met us at the property was extremely friendly and helpful providing useful local information. DO NOT miss the ‘Pasarelas del Vero’. You will need stout shoes and you will be given a helmet. This is a 3km hike leaving and returning from the village down to the Rio Vero. There are opportunities to swim in the crystal clear waters at the bottom so take a towel. NOTE - The picture supplied is taken first thing in the morning from the balcony but as mentioned below, not all rooms have balconies.
Cons: These are not negatives but are tips or things to be aware of:- - Our bathroom was on a mezzanine level reached by a spiral staircase. - Not all rooms have balconies so check before booking. - Parking was difficult when we turned up in the middle of the day, however we returned to our car and moved it into the car park near to the hotel later in the afternoon when the day trippers had left. - Make sure you inform them your time of arrival as the hotel is split across 3 different buildings and you’ll need to know where to go.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast brought to the room.
Cons: Closed before 7PM. Had to ring someone to get access. Little panel indication for the whereabouts of the building.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious and Claudia was wonderful. The hotel was very comfortable and the views were amazing.
