8.2 Excellent (480 reviews)

5.8 Okay
Pros: The pool, it was clean.
Cons: Very noisy at night, no toaster or kettle.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It is a confortable place, very quiet, clean, near the sea and all the shops and restaurantes.
Cons: The wifi was not working continuesly.
6.7 Good
Pros: Garage for the car
Cons: Overpriced.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. I wasn’t informed that if you arrive after 6pm you have to travel miles to the next town to get the key. Taxi cost of 35 Euro.
Cons: We had a little party one night not until to late with some Portuguese friends and the next morning. I was asked to leave the hotel with no warning with a little child under 4. The people their threatened me in front of my child and even pushed me making me nearly fall! I am waiting for a refund from my credit card as they refused to pay any money back. It was a good job I have friends there who let us stay with them .
5.2 Okay
Pros: Quite close to the beach (even my 2yr daughter didn't complain the walking distance), quiet since the room was opposite to the main street (quiet this time of the year though). The T2 apartement was big enough, big bed in the larger bedroom (not 2 individual beds) and we just had to leave the living room to the balcony (spatious too) to find the swimming pool. Good value for money (107EUR/night).
Cons: Not many shelves to store goods in the "kitchen" (on one side of the living room....big enough though); bathroom a bit smely; RTP1 tv signal noisy (no antenna on the TV....broken ?!); hot water "time limited" (thermoaccumulator); swimming pool minimum depth is 1m and short lasting so <5yr kids will find scary.
5.2 Okay
Pros: It was in a very nice, intimate resort town with plenty of amenties without all the big high rise resorts. Although not right on the beach, it's proximity was great.
Cons: The receptionists were not very helpful or informed. We were required to pay upfront for all nights so we needed touse credit cards rather than pay cash, which is our preference given foreign currency fees on the creidt cards.
