8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and location. It was nice they had a indoor pool and hot tub too. They also had plates and silverware in the microwave which I liked.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: it was all good.
Cons: everything was good
7.0 Good
Pros: We do like the cleanliness of Marriott
Cons: We booked a king bed and received a double. The hotel was booked and we were not able to upgrade. We had to negotiate longer than needed to cancel the booking, that was made only a few minutes prior. The staff really didn't want to cancel it, but finally did after about 30 minutes. We only walked into the room to see that it was a double, and not a king. We didn't use any amenities. My husband had to search the terms and conditions to find how to cancel the booking and show the staff that we could. Had we just taken their word at the beginning, we would have been stuck with the room charges or a cancellation fee.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Clean, comfy bed, good breakfast, convenient to BYU
Cons: Toilet and shower rooms both had opaque glass doors. You can see the outline of whoever’s in there thru the glass. Even if I’m just traveling with my husband, I’d like some privacy when I use the restroom. I’ll not stay at this hotel again. They need to replace the bathroom doors.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location. Good breakfast
Cons: The water pressure in my room's shower was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Ever. I consistently pay more to stay at this hotel vs. others in Provo and will no longer stay here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms newly remodeled and very nice and clean.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing, other than it was close to BYU campus where my son was.
Cons: Awful stiff beds, bad lighting, smelly room, moldy bathrooms, bad staff. They do say they are renovating... but definitely not worth the price at this time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean.
Cons: My room was right next to street. The toilet ran water off and on throughout the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean! Breakfast had a great selection.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was very spacious and clean, staff was outstanding...great hotel if you don't mind the noise from the room above yours.
Cons: The last three SpringHill suites we have stayed in all have the same problem...not enough insulation in the floors and ceilings so you hear people clomping along upstairs...difficult to sleep with late arrivals and active people upstairs.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: great room layout, good breakfast, friendly staff, clean hotel
Cons: No hot tub Our room (326) was next to a supply room or maintenance room, and there was a LOUD, ANNOYING humming sound that went off literally every 15 seconds and then it would turn off. And 15 seconds later it would turn on. Very difficult to sleep thru
9.0 Excellent
Pros: clean, roomy and bright
Cons: Hotel was not busy we could have been put in a room with a nicer view and we shouldn't have had anybody in the room beside us, I believe there were less than 4 occupants staying in this building, they just need to think
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All in all it was right for us. I like how it has a Separate room system for toilet, shower, living area and bed!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the separation of space into areas for showering, toileting, sleeping and desk/ television viewing

7.1 Good
Pros: Oops- put this in the wrong box! The only drink that needs fixing is the coffee! I did t like your choice of coffee beans and think you can do better. One night we’re were in the Owl Bar and no one said hi or took our order for 10 minutes. It was all male servers in the bar and they didn’t seem to have the customer service aspect down. Just eye contact and a smile and telling guests you’ll be right with them makes a huge difference.
Cons: What I love is the property, so pretty! The staff in the dining room was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was our Wedding Night and the Resort was spectacular in setting, atmosphere and just overall fantastic.
Cons: There was nothing I could complaint about or didn't like

Pros: Fabulous stay! Staff was excellent. Accommodations comfortable. Serene. Dinner at Tree Room was good.
Cons: Nothing, truly. Two awesome hikes, a nice dinner and a restful sleep. Could not have been more pleased.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Separate wooden cabins, perfect woodsy modern design, private deck with view of the forest, lots of screened windows to let In the fresh breezes. Unexpected bonus of in-room washer and dryer saved us! We also appreciated that such a luxurious place allowed us to bring our dog.
Cons: The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that our cabin, number 28, didn’t have counter space for the tall coffee maker. Had to set it on the stovetop to make coffee.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Loved it and great food
Cons: They could replace the beds
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful food! Beautiful setting in the middle of mountains. This is a hiker's dream.
Cons: Expect to pay more since you're in a ski resort owned by Robert Redford. The room was small & we had to climb up & down stairs getting to the room as well as within the room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, nice property
Cons: Staff was rather inexperienced and unaccomodating

Cons: Bed was very firm, almost uncomfortable. Room was requested feather free; found (2) feathered pillows; corrected right away
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Reservation/front desk staff was super.
Cons: The premium king room is a strange set up with a wall between the desk and TV. For people who watch TV in bed and not while working it’s fine and there is additional seating where you can watch but with only limited work surface.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We didn't eat there.
Cons: The room wasn't quite as clean as it should have been. Bathroom wall next to mirror was dirty and stayed that way our entire stay. Window looking outside had handprints all over it. We left the blinds open so staff could see it but it never got cleaned. Kids in room above us were quite noisy in the evenings.

Cons: N/A
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location was the only good thing about this hotel
Cons: Worst beds ever. Hard as a rock, night staff was nice enough, morning clear was of the eye rolling generation. Don’t get me wrong I have rolled my eyes a time or two. But never at work. And when I complained about the bed her response was basically
5.0 Okay
Pros: The people are great. We’ve stayed here for many years when we visit Provo. The breakfast begins early enough we are able to enjoy it before we resort. It’s a lovely meal with many choices. The attendant was so nice and helpful. It’s clean and appealing. Pool is nice as was hot tub.
Cons: First time we had an ADA room. I have needed ADA on other occasions. Never have I seen a bathtub in. Handicapped facility. Impossible for me to access even with plethoras of grab bars. Floor was slick tile, as was tub. Not acceptable as marketed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was well prepared with great options!
Cons: Cheaper :)
5.1 Okay
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: It was depressingly dark everywhere. The ceilings are low and the lights are dim in the hallways and common areas. The entire place is different shades of dark tan and rust color. No life. I did not want to be there except to sleep. And it smelled like an old lady's house. This property does not currently live up to the Hilton standard and needs a refresh sooner than later.
