Pros: Boarding was quick, but when you're in Premier Global whatever you go on first, so that doesn't mean much. The stewardess was nice enough, but didn't have much to offer from United.

Cons: This was a three hour flight. I would have expected a bit more class in business class for three hours. Instead, there was wine in plastic bottles, and a basket of wrapped snacks. Yahoo.

Cons: Luggage drop off taking over 45 minutes (for Business Class) was not acceptable.

Cons: The person who made the safety speech and other announcements spoke so rapidly as to slur words together. I believe I did not understand anything that she said.

Pros: crew was fine

Cons: terrible space/legroom. Very cramped tray table, couldn't fit laptop on it. Made me check my carry on bag. not even gate check, checked to baggage claim. Yet there was still overhead space once I got on. Lots of . overbooking - should never happen in this day and age. Delta does not deserve its "#1" rating. The rating system seems biased. Probably paid off by delta. Southwest is way better for economy class.

Pros: Baggage handlers extremely fast

Cons: Temperature of cabin was too cold. My feet were icy.

Pros: It got us to Atlanta on time.

Cons: Would prefer actual tv entertainment. Not having to have your own device or rent one.

Cons: From Vancouver to Los Angeles no screen seats no Entertainment

Cons: Everything was fine except every time I come here we have to wait for a gate for 15 min or longer. A real drag.

Cons: The gate agent would not let me pay a fee to take an earlier flight. He was rather rude and not helpful. Air Canada apologized for his mistake, but the gate agent was shockingly unhelpful and aggressive.

Cons: Had to pay for seat assignments when reservation made or no seat reservations. Not true on all airlines. Delta let us pick seats for free when the reservation was made. Husband had wanted a window seat and ended up with a middle seat. No free snacks just drinks

Cons: Flight was delayed for at least an hour.

Pros: The flight was pretty good. The flight attendants were very nice. The seats are pretty roomy and Im about 6'3. The seat backs have a nice screen and a usb port as well as a standard electrical plug.

Cons: Checking in was terrible there and back. On the way to vancouver we showed up 2 hours early but the computers went out about 20 minutes after we arrived and stayed off till after our flight. No apologies, no responsibilities taken. That day was part of our small vacation. We got put on standby for the next flight 7 hours later. My family layed around the terminal without 100% surety that we'd get the next flight. We did but they split us up. I switched seats with someone and we all sat in the very rear seat of the plane, which was hard on my long legs and just added to a terrible experience. Ruined a whole day of vacation. Coming back the check in was just rudeness. A stark difference from the flight itself.
