Pros:Location. The staff. The room was spacious and well maintained, clean with great ciew of the canal. My was a superior triple room.
Cons:A bit noisy if you leave the windows opened, but you can close them and that cuts off some of the noise; it is city center after all.

Pros:Perfect location for a tourist. Helpful, pleasant staff. Small but cute single room with an excellent (canal) view.
Cons:Not sure if my expectations were different because I'm American, but I sorely missed having an ice machine, microwave and small fridge for use. There was a mini fridge in the room but it was secured as it contained minibar items.I didn't open it for fear I'd be charged for items. Furthermore, I wasn't sure there was any space inside for non-minibar items. I also never received a facecloth during my stay.

Pros:Very central location, a few minute walk from Dam square. We had a superior double room, which was spacious and very nicely finished. The bathroom was also very nice. For breakfast, there is a wide range available - cooked, pastries, breads, fruits and yoghurts etc etc....
Cons:Room was located on the ground floor which meant it was a little noisey - but you can't have a central location and no noise!

Pros:This is the place to stay for visitors to Amsterdam. Great location near everything. Great restaurants and bars near by. One of the better coffee shops and smart shops just a minute away.
