We didn't see any staff so I can't really comment about it. But it's a good value deal nevertheless. The location is great, and it's a different experience.
The rooms are a bit cramped, and the toilet is not great.
the view of the harbor was amazing, spectacular even; couldn’t have a better view of the city! the people that prepared the morning breakfast were lovely!
unfortunate, my stay was during the hottest week on record in amsterdam, and the boat had literally NO air flow throughout. there was no shade on the deck or anywhere outside, and there were no comfortable chairs inside or on the deck. inside the cabins, a step stool would be useful in order to access the higher bunks. the boat could use a shade canopy, comfortable deck chairs, fans and/or more ventilation in the cabins, and ideally AC in the interior area.
Brilliant location!!! Very simple and basic conditions but we had a great time! Nothing better then canal view in the evening !!
Clean, friendly staff. Excellent locations and stunning views. Will be back.
Was exactly how it looks on the pictures. It's not a regular hotel room but small ship's cabins. Whoever is up for a different experience I'd recommended it.
Very good location. Lovely shared area when they put the lights on. Breakfast was ok, not bad for a free breakfast.
Staff/managers were rarely there and we were given no way to contact them other than through booking.com. (We saw them twice over four days). Room was an unsafe temperature, there was little ventilation and when it became very hot (37•C plus), particularly at night, passengers were given no fans/solutions to the heat. We and fellow passengers ended up sleeping outside on the boat as it was far too hot/unsafe to stay inside. However this was very noisy due to bars/hen/stag parties in the area. There was no consideration of guests despite the heat however one member of staff found a fan for themselves. Staff were also very unhelpful when one couple said it was too hot to stay there and asked for a refund so they could stay elsewhere. There was no ladder and railing for the top bunk bed which was hazardous and the rooms really were tiny, though we knew they’d be small when we booked it.
