Pros: Everything
Cons: None.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The facilities in the hotel were excellent , the staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us and the breakfast is out of this world..
Cons: The only let down was on the last day we had had a spa treatment and there was a misunderstanding surrounding the treatment we picked.. it was down to a poorly laid out poster and language barriers. We explained it to them man who was handling our bill but I found how he handled it was very dismissive and just called over the lady who booked the massage with us ( who was lovely ) and got her to explain to us the charge (which we already had figured out what happened with him). I just found she was embarrassed we were embarrassed and then he just handed us the bill to pay so We couldn’t explain our case any further .. just put a dampener on an otherwise excellent stay
5.0 Okay
Pros: It’s hard to note anything “special” or unique about Salinda. It was nice but very sub-standard.
Cons: The resort lacks atmosphere. It is located a good 20-30 minutes from any decent bars, restaurants or shops. Although it’s nice, Salinda is definitely not a 5 star resort. The beach doesn’t look like the photos and doesn’t appear safe. The breakfast was ordinary - you even have to make your own Vietnamese coffee.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great service. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
Cons: My view from the bedroom. Had a building in front of my room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and every thing are OK. Meals are good.
Cons: The password for WIFI is long and clumsy. It should be short and simple. Ideally one time of WIFI registration for the whole time that someone staying in the premise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was exceptional with a lot of choices and had great seating/view too. The pool and beach area staff were extremely helpful and quick. The rooms and corridors were beautiful! The staff at the reception was very helpful and recommended restaurants, excursions and booked them for us too. They upgraded us to a nicer room free of cost and we also requested them to change the dates of our booking (non-refundable booking) very last minute due to flight issues (With the help of booking.com) they showed their hospitality and exceeded our expectations without charging us the penalty!
Cons: We were not given a late check-out till 2 pm instead of 12 as they were fully booked which is understandable i guess but then they let us use their facilities till our flight time at 8 pm!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: the most beautiful resort in phu quoc
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything from its location, staff, food, facilities and environment. The staff was always friendly and met your needs, quick on replies such as emails, there is a private car just to take you around the island for 4-8hrs at a reasonable price, room was clean and overall the team does a great job in making you feel at home and comfortable
Cons: I wish I could of stayed longer!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Overall excelent. The beach was not perfectly clean, but not as dirty as expected from the comments.
Cons: Hell expensive plain water on the dinner (when watter botles were free all the time)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, gardens, staff and service all perfect. The room was fantastic, the mattress was so comfortable. Only wish we'd found it earlier and had more time to stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Beach is very beautiful. Staff and Breakfast is amazing. We will be back in next year. Highly recommend. Perfect
8.8 Excellent
Pros: All the staff was amazing, rooms very clean every day, beautiful resort and beach, very good breakfast. Very private resort, peace and quiet. They try to help you with anything you need and are really amazing. It was an amazing stay, would recomend to everyone and the resort has probably the most clean beach on whole island.
Cons: Room and bed sheets have a strong smell of humidity, staff should pick up trash from the beach troughout whole day, the food in the restaurant is a bit too expensive for what you get (size of a meal is too small for the price you pay).
7.5 Good
Pros: This place is indeed beautiful. The rooms are wooden artwork, the bathroom is very stylish with good palm tree views while having a shower. The exotic surroundings with a variety of palm trees, orchids, ornaments and a man made waterfall are well maintained. It is right close to the attractive white sand beach. No
Cons: The light from the outside stairways is shining through to the bedroom at night. Even if you book your stay long in advance, make sure you gonna change your mind, there is no free cancellation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is really Amazing. We indeed enjoy it here so much. I think this place will give you awesome experience.
Cons: Everything is perfect. Nothing to complaint

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, what a great hotel. It is much more beautiful than in the photos and there so much to do
Cons: Nothing everything was beyond amazing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast and helpful staff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotels at Phu Quoc!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is perfect!
Cons: Personally I dont have anything to complain. But for those who want to explore the town center or other places in Phu Quoc, the resort may be quite far from them.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast buffet was awesome. The view and the amenities were everything you could possibly want. Don’t have a bad thing to say about the entire trip.
Cons: The gym was just ok. I would have liked more free weights and less machines but that’s the biggest complaint I can come up with.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staffs and the room was super nice to us. There are a lot of activities you can take part in. I especially want to thank Mr. Thang from the Entertainment department for guiding the jogging tour; it was a really nice experience.
Cons: Many uneven steps dont have a sign causing my friend to trip and hurt herself
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort was a beautiful little haven. People so happy and friendly
Cons: Everything was great
7.1 Good
Pros: room is big enough and staff is gentle and kind
Cons: but not enough manpower and wait for long lie up to check in. and check in time is too late 15:00pm. JW hired post university with low salary. that's why no experience to handle clients
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the interior of the resort, swimming pools are glamorous. Food is delicious and not expensive.
Cons: I do not like the exterior design/architecture of this resort. It does not fit the landscape of Khem Beach. The extreme noise from a Vietnamese guest table in Red Rum restaurant on the night we had dinner. The restaurant manager should have controlled these impolite guests as it would disturb the other diners who were enjoying the tranquil ambience of the sea & the restaurant. The staff in general are nice, but I feel somehow they are too young, not so attentive and not professional enough as they should be at a 5 star resorts as JW Marriott.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect beach nice staffs and very beautiful resort.
Cons: Raining a lot 55
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Clever execution of a theme throughout with fun and delight at every turn. Amazing breakfast buffet that rates as one of the best we have come across. Rooms beautifully fitted out and finished but some defects to be rectified in and around apartments. Beach and pool areas are very well maintained and service is exceptional. Some poor workmanship and details evident which no doubt will be sorted in time.
Cons: Some themed elements are just too far over the top - eg, the entry guard dogs. Grounds still being finished around apartments with construction rubbish and defects to be rectified.
Green Bay Phu Quoc Resort & Spa - Phu Quoc - Building

9.3 Excellent (958 reviews)
C$ 155+
Overview Reviews
From the moment we first walked through an uninhabited tropical forest on Phu Quoc Island and discovered a pristine beach in a secluded coral bay boasting panoramic views across the Gulf of Thailand, we were inspired to create Green Bay Resort. We immediately had a vision of an eco-conscious, five-star boutique resort that nurtured the natural beauty of one of the secluded Vietnam beaches. Our goal was to develop a world class resort in Phu Quoc without disturbing the island’s enchanting, rustic aura. Our luxurious lodgings incorporate natural and sustainably-sourced materials while featuring all of the modern amenities that guests would expect from a superlative boutique holiday experience . Every day you will see a team of gardeners carefully maintaining the bucolic beauty throughout the resort. Each and every detail throughout our resort – from the serene setting of our spa through the restaurants and to the infinity pool bar that overlooks a pristine shoreline and the turquoise waters of a coral fringed-bay, guests will appreciate how Green Bay Resort strives to protect its most precious asset: the natural beauty of Phu Quoc Island.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place, the bungalows are amazing and perfectly clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Spa is very nice.
Cons: The food didn't meet the expectations for such a beautiful hotel. Poor choice (ok it was not high season) but most of all not well executed, we travelled 2 weeks around vietnam and we always ate better than here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Green Bay Resort was very special. The complex is really well designed and built. The little things count, e.g. excellent wifi throughout including on the beach, cable/Netflix tv, great water pressure. All the little things that can frustrate during a holiday but at Green Bay they were all taken care of. A lot of thought went into developing the resort. Staff were excellent and really well trained, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, so much variety and quality product. Free pick-up from and return to airport much appreciated. We would like very much to return. Congratulations management and staff of Green Bay Resort, FIVE STARS PLUS.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike. It was wonderful.
7.5 Good
Pros: Loved the scenery and the beach was very quiet and perfect for relaxing. The staff were great and tried their best to help and support. I appreciated their attentiveness.
Cons: The food quality could be improved. Overall I found the food “meh”. I wasn’t blown away by anything and most dishes missed the mark especially for the price which are surprisingly high for VN. Breakfast is included and in my opinion was the best meal with lots of variety. The wine selection was quite nice. One note, we accidentally broke a ceramic Mug in our room and upon checkout was informed that we had to pay 6usd, I was appalled. Reasonable damage is par for the course in the hotel industry plus 6usd just seemed inflated so I protested and we did not incur the cost. After spending about a thousand USD for four nights (incl meals) the nickle and diming was a bit shameful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly, hardworking and attentive. This is our second stay at Green Bay and we would highly recommend it, particularly for couples
Cons: They use to have a separate lunch and dinner menu, now they have one menu.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the setting. the eco friendly environment clean beach in comparison to outside the complex.. food was good
Cons: the £12 gin and tonics London prices on all bar drinks and restaurant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service from every member of staff was exceptional, the food and choice was excellent and we hope to return again in the future.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a wonderful quiet resort, that has all you could ask for.
Cons: It would be cool if the restaurant would have more vegetarian options. But there was always the possibilty to change the dish to a vegetarian version.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The staff are fantastic, the hotel manager greeted us on arrival and was extremely accommodating throughout our stay. The service from all of the staff was first class. Breakfast was included and it was delicious, lots to choose from. Food and drinks were tasty & fresh and the beach & pool areas were spotless. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel! Wonderful breakfast! I forgot my Jewellery and without asking for it they gave it back to me at the reception just before we had to leave! The new family "bungalow" was so beautiful! The rooms were so spacious and bathrooms also. The outside shower was so beautiful and nice (cold sometimes tough!). We truly loved it!
Cons: It's a shame that the drinks and food are overpriced really plus it's quite cheeky because they know they are the only one around to serve you food or you need to rent motorbikes/take taxis. Disappointing "high standing" restaurant for what you actually get on the plate. A lot of persons (like us) were eating out of the hotel for lunch and dinner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place and service. We love it! Highly recommend it!
Cons: All hood
6.7 Good
Pros: Room overall decoration and comfort.
Cons: Swimming pool water quality disgusting, cannot use it during my whole stay. A/C too noisy.

Featured amenities include express check-in, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Even though it was the rainy season - and it did rain a lot - the staff was friendly and helpful. We had an awesome time and look forward to returning.
Cons: The road to access the property was very narrow and subject to flooding. Not too much the resort could do but it does detract a bit from being able to experience things that are out in town.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was high quality with a wide range of options to choose from. The location was good.
Cons: Our room wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived which was disappointing. They did attend to this straight away but for the price of the room we expected higher standards. It was a shame they couldn’t offer a more substantial happy hour to their guests. It was wet when we went so it would be useful to have more activities you could do on site, e.g a table tennis table or games room. The restaurant dinner food, we felt, was over-priced and not that tasty considering it was called the spice house.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Although we had an entire week of rain, we had an extraordinary time at this wonderful resort. It was small and peaceful, not too crowded with great facilities and an amazing staff. The restaurant was incredible and the prices were very reasonable. Great place!
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The garden if no rain The foods
Cons: 1.A part of garden were flooded when it was raining, outside our room was logged so it’s dirty when go outside. 2.The receptionist was not hospitality. It was heavy raining When we were getting out of the car but she didn’t give me umbrella or help me get out luggage. 3.The water of the tap in bathroom was poor flow so I had to wait 1 min for using 1 min then repeat the waitting.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Rooms amazing and big! Nice set up. Coconut tree on the beach an IG shot!
Cons: All good.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Have a shower is so difficult and towels are very old
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful garden, lovely familiar atmoshere, jummy breakfast and nice beach with a pretty photo spot swing ;)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The landscaping is amazing. It is lush and green and the all the staff are amazingly friendly. We had some days of sun and rain but each were amazing. The spice restaurant was great and the yoga teacher really knew her stuff!
Cons: That we couldn’t live there forever.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful room, and many thanks for the honeymoon decorations on the bed. We both really appreciated it.
Cons: The photos suggested a better beach area at the front of the property. When I first saw the beach I was disappointed. The green netting fence along the wall atop the beach spoiled the view, photos and the feel of freedom. In our room, 5b, there are termites or something living behind the mirrior in the bathroom.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money and the room was stunning. Didn’t have a sea view room but could still see the sea and the garden view is nice. Really romantic setting, would definitely recommend for couples. The yoga classes are also great but perhaps they should be more accessible for beginners.
Cons: As it was rainy season there weren’t many activities available and the pool bar was closed. I wish we had known this in advance. Because the rainy season rules out the snorkelling, diving, water sports etc it would be good if there were alternative activities for this time of year!

Pros: Very friendly staff in Club InterContinental. The food was great and the service, excellent. Room was exceedingly comfortable with very good bed.

Pros: Such a stunning resort! The staff are super helpful, the breakfast buffet is amazing so much selection!! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: One of my favourite hotels. Thank you Intercontinental Hotel Group for the amazing upgrade. We left feeling so relaxed and we will definitely be coming back.
Cons: The hotel and staff met all expectations
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an excellent 5 night stay here at the end of our 3 week trip across Vietnam and it was the perfect end to our trip! We stayed in a Club Intercontinental room which was worth it for the breakfast, afternoon, canapés & evening drinks included...we also ended up with the club pool to ourselves each day!! Wonderful, attentive & friendly staff, delicious food & cocktails and a wonderful resort! We also had an excellent, spacious sea view room!
7.5 Good
Pros: Absolutely faultless service and the hotel and facilities were amazing. As a solo traveller the staff took interest and looked after me so well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Customer service is phenomenal. The staff at this hotel were top notch and went way beyond expectations. They actively engaged asking how our stay was going, if there is anything additional they could do to make it better. We felt as if we were surrounded by friends because they learned our names, we learned about their families and where they were from. It was incredible. The kids club was also amazing, they have different areas built around child development even a sensory play area! Even at breakfast there was a kids play area and a staff attending, I have never seen a hotel do that before and we all know parents need help with little attention spans at breakfast. Great idea!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic property, services and staff were excellent.
Cons: Isolated location and breakfast was a chaotic arrangement

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The premises are deliciously quaint with remarkable grounds very well kept and most attentive and professional staff. The Spa is worth the detour where the atmosphere adds charm to our pampering. The free airport transfers are a most-appreciated delicate attention.
Cons: I would only recommend that guests be provided with an easy-to-read card for taxis indicating --in Vietnamese-- the exact location and providing a map. Such would avoid difficult discussions with drivers hardly English-speaking and not always aware of addresses.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with a nice beach and beautiful gardens. Staff can't do enough to help you. In a good location near to town and surrounded by bars and restaurants.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Grounds beautiful and beach lovely. Service was fantastic. Food amazing especially in the Peppertree restaurant.
Cons: Bed and pilllows could have been better.
6.3 Good
Pros: Lovely rooms and staff
Cons: Swimming pool turned your hari green and the sea was so full of ocean waste. Not like I remember form 10 years ago either.

Breakfast was really good and dessert was super! If u are into a private quiet type of holiday with a beautiful soft sanded beach in Phu Quoc, I would truly recommend La Veranda
Cons: Could have a wider food selection
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super charming hotel. Understated design that is really well done. Great location on beach and near town. Beach and pool facilities are kept clean. Lots of little surprises during the stay from music to happy hours. The staff really cared and was thoughtful without being intrusive.
Cons: T
10.0 Excellent
Pros: La Veranda is a beautiful Colonial style hotel with lush gardens, stunning ocean views and an all round relaxing feel to it. Coming back into the resort from the outside world seems like coming home. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much. One of my favourite things about La Veranda is sitting on the Veranda watching the view change at different times of the day. Sunset in particular. The food at Peppertree was wonder and a short walk down the beach to Spice House is nice thing to do. A must is seafood at the night market, it is cheap, chaotic and fun. All in all it is a wonderful place to stay and is my second time in 4 months. I will be a regular. Thank you Marshall, you have a great team.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, staff and service were extraordinary, amazing view for the breakfast, convenient location.
Cons: The weather was the only that we were not fond of. August is not the best time to visit Phu Quoc.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so accommodating and helpful. I loved my jacuzzi room. The room was comfortable with a great view. Everything about my stay was great!
Cons: Everything was perfect!
6.3 Good
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Swimming pool that should be ready days before (as announced on the site) wasn´t ready... As the sea condition didn´t allow access to the sea, the swimming pool increase importance and the deception…
7.9 Good
Pros: Very nice pool. The staff was great. Breakfast was first class. Everything was well maintained and CLEAN.
Cons: Pool hours 6:00 PM is way too early to close the pool. The wood walk could be dangerous for older guest. I purchased a fan to help support the AC.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location...it is a reclusive place, away from the noise of the town, perfect to rest your mind and soul... The room was very clean, the breakfast delicious...at the restaurant the food was good and plenty...
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that like 10 meters away from the private beach there was garbage, maybe plastic brought by the sea...but, still...it should be cleaned...it’s just not esthetic or healthy for the ecosystem...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the ocean fronted room, was very lovely with sunken bath on the decking. The restaurant produces lovely meals and the staff go the extra mile to make your stay that little more enjoyable. Was nice to stay in a high quality resort that didn’t have a massive conglomerate feel to it.
Cons: We stayed during the wet season so we weren’t able to swim in the ocean as it was far too rough. Plus the pool was being repaired at the time so we couldn’t swim. We were compensated by the property for the inconvenience of the pool.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and our bungalow was just a few steps away from the beach. The staff was nice and we had a very pleasant stay.
Cons: The beach was clean but the ocean not so much. Honestly, I don't think this has anything to do with the property, I even saw some staff cleaning the shore during our stay. However, I felt it was a bit of a pity.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, wonderful food and a very tranquil relaxing place to stay. Beach front accommodation was excellent and although the beach wasn't quite what we expected the improvements with the sea wall and the beautiful gardens and pool made up for it. All round a great place to unwind and relax. Thanks to all the staff for making our family holiday very special. Cheers
10.0 Excellent
Pros: - luxurious - value for money - friendly staff - bamboo straws - beautiful beach, cleaned several times a day - clean pool - modern and comfortable rooms - amazing food - no single use plastic toiletries
Cons: - no water filter available (plastic water bottles used instead)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: ... great atmosphere, warm welcome, the manager was always there to see if everything is fine, wonderful roomes, great food in the restaurant, pool in the garden made for having chilled days, it was great there and with the little peppercorn gift at the end we will remember our great days there
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Where to start..? We arrived in the pouring rain and were welcomed by staff who met us at the car with umbrellas and warm smiles. Rather than just giving us the room keys Thuy walked us to the room (#23 with garden/ sea view) and showed us around all the facilities on the way. She and other staff checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We decided to stay here for some real R&R and that's exactly what we got. 10 metres to the main building (which housed reception, restaurant and little gift shop), swimming pool and the beach. Great massage therapist on-site, hammocks (yay! Don't worry they also have heaps of sunbeds) and seriously good food all made to order fresh onsite. If there's anything specific you want just let them know and they'll do their best to accommodate you. Pomelo salad with shrimp was amazing as was the Vietnamese pancake with mango for dessert!
Cons: We stayed here for a couple of nights after traveling all through Vietnam and absolutely loved it! There was nothing not to like, though if you want to be in the middle of it all this is not the place to be. 50 minutes drive to the airport, long beach (main tourist area) around 30 minutes drive. The only downside? We didn't stay long enough!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation was excellent and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was superb, including the breakfast which was excellent.
Cons: There is nothing negative about this place, it was all good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The overall location is really nice and quiet ( at least during low season), perfect to relax for a few days. There are good breakfast options to chose from and always tasty fresh fruits. The room was also very spacious and comfortable with a very big shower. The nice pool is definitely a plus.
Cons: The only downside is the trash in the ocean and on the beach where the water starts. Even if the resort employs cleaners on a daily basis, all the garbage from the nearby beaches ( and it’s a lot!!) floats around, ending up here too. More care of the natural landscape and ocean should be taken as it’s definitely not attractive to swim.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was managed by very professionally and well trained staffs who were always ready to serve you with smile. Clean bright and spacious rooms with clean and super comfortable beds, great breakfast, day’s special lunch and dinner was great too...overall a great stay.
Cons: Nothing really
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had the most relaxing stay at Peppercorn. The beach was on the north end of the island and very quiet and private, which we really enjoyed. The pool was fantastic and the food was incredible! Definitely gourmet Vietnamese. The staff do an incredible job making you feel at home and taking pristene care of the property. We took the free rental bikes out one evening to explore the area and had an adventure. On our departure we were gifted some pepper and post cards. How sweet! Thank you guys (special shout out to That and Min). You guys are the best!
Cons: There wasn't much swimming area on the beach in front of the resort.

Pros: Quiet, friendly staff, good food
Cons: Rocky shore, pool very small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were so friendly and helpful. Happy hour free drinks between 4 and 5pm. Very good onsite restaurant.
Cons: Its not that I didn't like it but they don't need to replace beach and bath towels everyday. (I said to them when I saw the cleaner not to bother on the day I saw them go to do so.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is far from the hustling bustling city center so it's great for those seeking an escape. The beach is 400m away and its clean and wide. There are two swimming pool which the kids in my family adore, too bad we couldn't do much swimming because of the rain. The room is very nicely decorated. Towels are changed everyday. Free supply of bottled water. Breakfast is refreshed every day. Staples are a stew, potatoes, bacon and sausages, Vietnamese soup, either fried rice or dim sum, cereals, yoghurt, fruit juices, tea and coffee, a salad section with ham and cheese. Omelette and pho are available on request. Also, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. They helped us to book the ticket for cable cars to Pineapple Island and introduced us around. There is a mini supermarket 20m to the right of the resort where you can get basically everything per snack, food, drink or toiletries. Great place to stay. Will go back next time with my friend.
Cons: I didn't expect it to be so far from the city center. If you're travelling with a rented motorcycle it should be fine, but I have a family of 5 and we took the taxi every day so it's quite costly.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff who almost all spoke English. Fast WiFi everywhere and air con could be left on while I was out. Large selection for breakfast and clear, tasty dinner menus.

Pros: Good and excellent place to stay

Pros: Staff are very helpful and cheerful. They make your holiday amazing and unforgettable. Highly recommend this resort to adult family cos resort facility is less accommodating little kids.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great. Food was amazing. Staff is very friendly and the service is very good. Im super satisfied during my stay. Worth every penny. Easy to communicate with the staff. English is quiet well. Have everything you need. Efficient.
Cons: Actually there's nothing they need to improve.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was very nice and spacious. They presented the room nicely w. Flowers and towel art upon our arrival because it was our honeymoon. There was 2 pool which everyone can use, free buffet breakfast. The staff was very helpful with everything.
Cons: There were ants in our room. The location is a 20min scooter ride from the duong dong which is the nearest city center. If you don't rent a scooter getting around Phu quoc will be expensive. The beach thats 1 km away was very dirty but turns out it's one of the cleaners beaches in all of Phu quoc because Sao Beach the most popular beach was much worse.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good english, nice bikes for exploring surroundings or ride to the beach.
Cons: Cant put toilet paper in the toilet.. Had to put it in the rubbish bin. No aircon in the bathroom.

7.1 Good
Pros: actual villa was good, clean, well organized and fancy enough. People are kind and very polite.
Cons: There was some minor mistakes such as booking shuttle bus and miss the cart. Also massage schedule was weird too. I sent a whole schedule of massages during vacation, but I had to book again and I and my wife had to get massage different time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really don't know where to start! This resort excels in too many areas. Breakfast, friendly staffs, space, exclusiveness, private pool in the villa, view and that long sandy beach exclusive for the guests. I couldn't stop praising (bragging) about this resort!
Cons: I think the lunch and dinner menu at the resort can be improved.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice calm resort with relaxing treatments included, great for a rainy day. Room was very nice, with private pool and very clean. Exactly as stated in the booking.
Cons: The hotel has some issues, improper for a 5 star hotel. For example: - free shuttle should be provided at all times, we had to come by taxi fue to a four hour flight delay - we had breakfast in the room, and wasn't picked up until next day even though we asked for it three times. - buggy from villa to reception (rainy day) never arrived Minor things that don't belong in a 5 star hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All facilities, food, service, etc. were great. Good beach and great private villas...didn’t really want to leave the property but Nay gave us great advice for things to do. We had a an excellent private snorkelling trip she recommended and fun afternoon at Rory’s Beach Bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a family vacation and stayed in a two-bedroom villa next to the river for almost two weeks. The villa was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as it looked on the pictures from the website. No complaints at all, we loved everything about the hotel - great selection of food for breakfast, very friendly and helpful personnel, two spa treatments per day per person that are included in the price, a very picturesque green territory of the hotel... We definitely look forward to coming back again soon! Highly recommended!
Cons: Can't think of anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were spacious and well designed, private pool, the Spa, beach bar is a must for sundowners
Cons: Nothing to do with the resort but unfortunately the sea was so littered that it put me off swimming in the sea.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff, food dinning
7.5 Good
Pros: good room survice
Cons: I can't book spa massage

Pros: All was great and Staff fantastic and helpfull
Cons: Location beautiful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff here are very kind, friendly and helpful. You are assigned a “fusionista” which is someone to help you with any problem, enquires or literally anything at all. We were lucky to be assigned a man named Truong and he made our holiday so much better. Every-time I bumped into Truong he would make a lot of effort to make us feel comfortable and to see if we need anything. He helped us order food as room service, immediately had our air conditioning fixed when it stopped working and with the help of another kind and friendly staff member named Quyet (he often drove us around on the complementary golf buggies) came to give me first aid when I (very cleverly) managed to cut my leg open by kicking the side of the pool. I had a small problem before arriving at the hotel where I received an email telling me my booking may be cancelled (I had already paid), I phoned them and fixed this issue fairly quickly and when I got to the hotel Ms. Lam upgraded my room, gave us a free shuttle to the airport when we leave and also let us stay for an extra 1/2 day (late check out) to apologise for their minor mistake. They really went above and beyond to make us happy. The food here is fantastic. We ate in our rooms for dinner most nights as my wife was working online in the evenings, and we were always happy with our meals. The breakfast is buffet style and there is plenty of choice. The buffet is high quality unlike a lot of buffets I have visited. You can have 2 massages every day. They masseuses do their best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed and my wife and I really enjoyed our massages. My wife is currently pregnant and they have a special massage just for pregnant ladies. Overall we had the best holiday you can imagine here and we hope to return in a year or so

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. Wonderful place and lovely staff.
Cons: Nothing.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff and the location
Cons: Just came at the wrong time, as it was rainy season.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location is incredible and the beachfront very well maintained. The outdoor lights over the hammocks meant I could read at night while listening to the waves. The traditional food at the restaurant was delicious, I must've had the shaking beef 4 times and never got tired of it. The only resort out of the three I stayed at to fumigate for mosquitos, and it made a massive difference.
Cons: Pool cues were in dire need of new tips. Also I never figured out why but the cost of doing laundry was about 3x more expensive than elsewhere on the island.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are extra friendly! :) Nice view to the sea. Swimming pool is very beautiful.
Cons: We were all waken up by rain drops from the ceiling into the middle of our bed! We could not try the kayak or bike tour due to heavy rain.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely bungalow, nice beach. Good food in the restaurant. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Laundry was quite expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the resort, the reception and restaurant staff absolutely wonderful. Enjoyed the company of Ms Tien, Lien and Thi, delightful young ladies. The resort cottages are roomy and set in lovely natural gardens on a clean well groomed beach. Restaurant food very good. The pool lovely. We will come back.
Cons: Not at all the resorts fault, but unfortunately the rainy season had set in a couple of days prior with continual torrential rain and thunder storms. We stayed five days but decided to cut our stay short and head back to the sun in Hoi An as the storm and rain was to last for some time. Our problem as we should have checked when the rainy season occurred on the island - it is earlier than in central and northern VietNam.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the remoteness and especially the friendliness and cleanliness of the resort! With rented motorbikes it was very easy to discover the island and return every day back to an island within an island! Great sunsets, nice personell, perfect pool. We had a very relaxing time. Thank you very much!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing room, step out onto the beach. Staff were fantastic and the food was phenomenal.
Cons: WiFi very poor in room but amazing at restaurant area. The ONLY bad point about our stay.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent and very friendly. The resort was well maintained
Cons: It was unfortunate that the weather was not good during our stay and the resort is a bit remote but the staff made our stay pleasant.
7.5 Good
Pros: - Beautiful semi outdoor bathroom with garden within - Incredible bungalow balcony with views - Lush, clean pool - Location; one of the best beaches on the island
Cons: The name "eco resort", as there were several non-eco offerings: - Single use plastic bathroom toiletries (including bars of soap wrapped in plastic, plastic toothbrushes + cotton buds) - No water filter available (plastic water bottles offered instead) - TV in room, very unnecessary in such a beautiful location

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern and well appointed villas, worthy of 5 star resort.
Cons: Safari and Vinpearlsnd attraction was too much to take up in one day. We went to Safari first by the time we got to Vinpearlsnd water attractions, we had about 15minutes before it closed. We would like to see the combo package to be taken across two days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Need more choices of restaurants and wide menu for room service!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: lovely beach
5.4 Okay
Pros: Environment, green , friendly
Cons: Staffs communication is poor, most staffs don’t speak English, hard to communicate
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staffs are nice, supportive and polite. They are customer oriented.
Cons: Foods are so bad. Cleaniness is bad. Many pests died in our villa due to pesticides. Rooms are new but full of paint smells. And they took pictures of our faces for recognition, we asked them to delete the pictures for the privacy of our recognition but they did not delete.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our oceanfront villa was beautiful and very comfortable. The family loved our private pool. And the staff was very welcoming, attentive and overall excellent. The shuttle was always very timely. Great service!
Cons: There was only one restaurant open and only offered a buffet. Although the food was very good, staff was excellent and room service was available, it would have been nice to have additional options. We did take the shuttle into town one evening and had dinner there. Maybe you should offer personal chef services and a food mart to pickup some food options.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room is exactly how it looks like on the picture. The room is big and clean.
Cons: The staff asked us about the transportation to the airport more than 3 times, and it took us more than three times for calling for room services. The internal information flow needs to be improved.
6.7 Good
Pros: Bangalow
Cons: Jelly fishes in water stinging children and myself, broken plastic pool drains cutting wife’s foot
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was so luxurious, everything was amazing. We loved our butler Phu Truong. He was so genuine and always happy to serve. We felt so pampered and Phu Truong was the bonus on top of a perfect holiday.
Cons: The plumbing in our bathrooms smelt off. We ate pizza at the a la cartel restaurant and the sausage was not nice, and I felt abit sick afterwards.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good service
Cons: View

Pros: Great location and facilities for families with children
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice room , holiday very nice ...
Cons: Very far way to night market
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean, nice grounds, nice clean swimming pool. The gazebos and seating near the beach is nice. The free transport for stay of more than 4 nights. Free use of the bicycles and kayaks Good corals and fishes immediately on the beach and continuing on to the east/right for as far as you can snorkel. Satellite TV channels in English for the rainy days during the monsoon
Cons: Restaurant and overall staff communication (except receptionist) was extremely difficult. Poor water visibility - it's the monsoon season, can't be helped
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location very secluded, beautiful beach, excellent food, Good beds
Cons: Staff at reception could have been much friendlier, very very limited English and lack of interest in guests. Other then that excellent stay!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: In the quieter part of Phu Quoc - away from all the tourists. Lovely pool and great beach for kids! They even clean your room twice a day. HUGE breakfast which included fresh juice/smoothie/tea/coffee, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast, pancakes, waffles, English breakfast/ Vietnamese noodles. We had to order less because we could not finish our breakfast. Staff were lovely too!
Cons: Nothing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This place is just wonderfull:) beautiful area, clean room, gold beach, very tasty breakfests. You can use all snorkeling equipment for free, also kayaks.
Cons: The only minus is the fact that the personel in a restaurant do not spea english- what is funny sometimes, but...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed as got recommended by a friend, which is not letting me down at all. I’ve got free upgrade to Pool Front Deluxe Room. They provided excellent A La Carte breakfast. Tranquil natural surroundings are definitely a bonus. Polite and attentive staff. Not much time to use all the service this time but will be back in the future.
Cons: None that I know of.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet private beach with clear, calm waters. Nice for snorkeling and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food is good but after a few meals, might get a little boring. The Peppercorn resort next door has an excellent restaurant if you need a break (but check with the resort before heading over since sometimes the restaurant is reserved just for their guests).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: EVERYTHING! I loved this place and would come back without question. We were here at the end of May and it was so quiet, it almost felt like our own private resort. The room was big and comfortable and steps from the beach. The restaurant had good prices and excellent food, every single thing we ate and drank was delicious. The beach has lots of lounge chairs with cushions and a couple hammocks and there was a security guard to keep people from neighbouring resort from coming over. There was a very nice pool area with lots of comfy looking shaded and unsunshaded seating but we never used it. We did enjoy the poolside bar at happy hour though. Fancy, delicious drinks! It was the most relaxing place! When we went for dinner staff went into our room and made the bed and emptied the garbage! The staff was polite and we had no problems with anyone. I wish we could have stayed longer. I loved this place!
Cons: The only complaint is that there a some rocks in the water at the beach that are sharp and need to be avoided.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location, clean. Perfect retreat.
Cons: Staff is terrible, they're not capable of remembering single item order. They mess up everything, you never get what you ask for. They're not reliable which doesn't pay off when you want them to book you a taxi to the airport. Ordering at the restaurant is 5 round process of reminding them what you asked for and then they bring something completely else anyway.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities, staff were very good. Beach was good with different swimming pool options and a good gym
Cons: Felt it was expensive for Vietnam but it was a very good resort
5.0 Okay
Pros: just as normal
Cons: not much activity during the staying
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great pool and amenities, lovely rooms, great location if you want to go to the zoo safari and water park (which are all fantastic). Not a lot of food options however the buffet had a massive variety including fresh pasta etc made to order. So whilst it’s the same basically every day (with some variations) there is plenty to keep you happy for a few days no issue.
Cons: Some people had all inclusive deals that we were unable to get as you had to be from certain countries (different to full board). We were treated a bit like the underclass when we tried to get drinks. Not the end of the world but a bit frustrating.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: You’ve got everything you need for a perfect holiday. The staff was helpful and nice. Diversity in entertainment. The tuk-tuk services were very convenient. Free airport shuttle service.
Cons: The Akoya spa was an amazing place but the massage skill left room for improvement.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The view outside of our balcany is fantastic, we can see the beach, the garden and the Vinpearl land. The staffs are nice and friendly and even their English is not so good, they are still trying to solve our problems. My son had a fever during our stay and it's very easy to get in to the clinic in the hotel and measure his temparature, but they don't have any medicines for babies and if you have little babies who are sick, you need to go to the hospital nearby. We also enjoyed a great time in the hotel beach and pool, the sea and beach are clean and good for swim. Also it's great that they provided the free shuttle services from and to almost anywhere in the Island. The hotel itself is very far from the airport and downtown area and this shuttle services solved all the problem!
Cons: The facilitis in the room are not enough. I can't even find a power outlet to charge my mobile. And the hair dryer is broken. Also they don't provide bathrobe and slippers for kids. The foods are also not good enough for a 5-star hotel. We had the full-meal package and the difference of three meals are reletive small. They only offer juice for breakfast and the choices of desserts and local style foods are very limited. Also, Vinpearl land and the safari are not good choice if you stay only for two nights. These two places are very very small and not too much interesting things to play and visit. If you buy combo tickets from the hotel, you can only go to the two places in the same day, and it's really a rush if you also booked the full-meal package.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lake like swimming pool, beautiful beach
Cons: Location, too far from center

Pros: - food without taste - every vietnamese soups (pho, hủ tiêu, bún bò huế came from the same broth without taste .
Cons: Foods

Pros: Big and new facilities. Can use Vin pearl resort swimming pool. Nice views.
Cons: Cushions on sofa smell really bad. Limited variety of restaurants and activities.Buffet menu seems to focused for local people than foreighn customers.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very clean good food good service
Cons: None
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is pretty far from the airport and the city center, but they provide free shuttle from there to the resort so i couldn't find it uncomfortable. They had mostly everything in the resort so you will be happy to stay.
Cons: Basically there is no proper mart in the region so you need to be prepared for your stay. 2 mini marts had some stuff(drinks, liquors, food, etc.) but you won't have many choices. The restaurants were okay enough for a day or two, but you will get sick of 'em soon. Almaz(shopping and eatery zone, a minute away from the building) has some places to look around but it wouldn't meet your expectation for sure.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I like the modern design of the place. And the unlimited access to the safari and the themed park was suitable for families like us. Although it was the busiest time of the year, the staff was always helpful and effective.
Cons: There was a problem with the cable TV.

Cons: Same Breakfast everyday

Pros: Pool & Water Park fantastic, breakfast good, rooms great size, beautiful grounds, staff friendly & helpful. Close to Safari & Vinpearland.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: The food was wonderful and the staff incredible. The location is unbelievably beautiful.
Cons: This place doesn’t have a/c or a pool, but that’s part of the point and it’s unique beauty. It has the best beach so there’s no need for a pool and the eco cabins make it a very special experience, but in terms of comfort, this place isn’t for everyone. We loved it, but we weren’t looking more for a unique experience than for the lap of luxury.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This hotel has a very special appearance. Very rustic and in the middle of the forest but also in front of the sea. The room was simple and very environmental friendly but you could find everything you need. The airport pick up and drop off is a big plus. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful whenever needed. The free yoga classes in the morning was great to start the day. Breakfast was way above the expectations! You can see that they want to deliver the best quality.
Cons: Spa treatments and food/drinks too expensive (2-3x more than outside). It was raining so very muddy and not safe to walk from the room to the restaurant or reception. They should put some rocks/structure in the path to avoid walking in the mud when raining.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Hard to find natural eco-friendly 'old school' beach vacation - in Harmony wt Nature
Cons: Season ;)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolute paradise: a proper gem resort ... exactly what I was looking for: raw, rural, eco-friendly, nice cottages, very private, peaceful and quiet, your own veranda with the ocean view....amazing staff, delicious food...
Cons: The food is a bit pricey
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice beach
7.1 Good
Pros: There are several advantages of Mango bay. They have wonderful staffs who know their works and what will please the customers. Even when they said no, the way of their saying sounded respectful and kind. Also, they had wonderful breakfast menus.
Cons: The location was very far from downtown and the airport.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We loved the tranquility surrounding, the staff's constant effort to make the stay perfect despite the weather wasn't mostly very good (august, low season). The beach was clean, the restaurant was pretty good and breakfast is definitely one of the best i've had.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff for the most part. The guys at the activity center are so sweet. Fritzi the yoga teacher and massage manager is a total pro. Beautiful location and well maintained. The restaurant is one of the best on the island too.
Cons: Three things that bugged us: - no additional water provided with turn down service (the woman at the reception told us we had to walk to the restaurant if we wanted more water in our room) - the staff at the restaurant were quite rude about smoking one cigarette outside (when there was no one else around) - this is the biggest one: discomfort of the beds and how hard it was to sleep within the mosquito nets :-/
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was amazing, with a huge selection to suit everyone. staff were extremely friendly and attentive.
Cons: it was perfect
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Exquisite architecture. I loved the lighting. The lanterns along the pathway we’re especially breath taking. For what may appear to look simple yet elegant eco lodge, this place had a lot of thought put in each and every detail. The restaurant was fantastic, as a chef and restaurant owner, I’m impressed! The cocktail menu was fantastically curated. It’s far away from hustle and bustle, but it will be hard for you to leave your very temperature cool Bed.

Pros: Everything except the things you can’t control being the rubbish coming in from the ocean .
Cons: The ocean pollution and it should be made clearer snorkeling is only available 6mths is the year

Pros: The spa and general managers willingness to fix the issues
Cons: Service - crap - they messed up my golf bookings and food is crap
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our room, the food, the location & the staff!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place with very nice staff always kind and willing to please. The swimming pool and beach are amazing. The building very beautifully.
Cons: Too many kids! The kids would wake up very early and start to run and make noise around 7am! The hotel should have a floor/area without kids for people who wants to rest.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and our villa far exceeded our expectations
Cons: Only disadvantage is that it’s so far away from the rest of Phu Quoc but still plenty to do around the resort
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff support
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful colonial style hotel, spacious and beautiful ocean view four-bedroom villa, spacious kids club, nice breakfast buffet line,
Cons: Too troublesome at the breakfast place - everyone needs to show the keycard in order to have breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great location. Fantastic pool and gym facilities.
Cons: It rained for most of the time we were there, there were leaks everywhere, so slippery. There was only one restaurant opened, but had to walk to another building, so always got wet Need to restrict gym to adults only, there were kids running around unsupervised while their mother was exercising, very dangerous not to mention annoying as the kids were bouncing the gym ball next to me and knocked over my water, so I had to stop my exercise to clean up the spillage.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Close to our beachfront villa.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All is...... magic
Cons: Evertihng was wonderfull
7.9 Good
Pros: The resort & hotel is beautiful. On arrival the receptionist was very informative & welcoming. The beds were comfortable & the room very clean and serviced 1-2 times per day. Its a stones throw to the lovely beach with plenty of sunbeds and shades. The shuttles to the few nearby restaurants/shops was good. Before our arrival the communication from the hotel regarding any room requests etc. was excellent & much appreciated. There is a lot of development going on in & around this area so I don't expect it will stay sleepy for long.
Cons: There are endless notices about expected behaviour in the hotel & facilities everywhere, none of which are policed by the staff. Throughout our stay the behaviour accepted by staff from unruly and badly behaved Asian children, screaming, using highchairs as racing cars and running around in the buffet restaurant was both dangerous and very unpleasant. With no other dining option for breakfast or lunch we simply ate and got out of there as quickly as possible, and usually skipped 1 or 2 meals per day, unless we were really hungry, it ruined the whole holiday experience for us.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning location. Design and layout of the resort complements the natural environment. It is sympathetic to it's location, which is probably the best on Phu Quoc. Friendliness, service and attention to detail by our personal host Yen, and all of the staff was simply first class, nothing was ever too much trouble. We stayed in a beach side villa rather than the main hotel, and it was the best decision. The Villa's are luxurious, secluded and ours had the most wonderful views of the sun rising from behind the mountains across the bay.
Cons: Nothing poor at all comes to mind........
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is amazing, a well balance between modern and traditional style by respecting the nature. It was a pure wild getaway with an ultimate service. Pictures aren’t representing well enough the magic of this place. Highly recommended.
Cons: Everything was fine. Really.

Cons: quality of internet
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The place is beautiful: surrounded by trees and nature and right on the beach. It is an ecoresort and we really appreciated that. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a bungallow with sea and pool view and it was the perfect location. Very peaceful. The swimming pool is also very good, with an area for children, and right across the beach. The beach is beautiful. Breakfast was very good - not a buffet, but you can order a good variety of things for breakfast. We booked tours with the hotel and everything was smooth and effortless. The staff is wonderful. At check out there was a problem with the credit card machine, but everything was solved smoothly. We went in the rainy season and still had a great time here. We will definetely go back in the dry season.
Cons: I was pregnant and with one four year old child so to leave the hotel we always needed a taxi, as we need to go up a small hill to get out and it was hot and often raining. The hotel has no shuttles - I would suggest the hotel could offer a free shuttle service in the future. The options at the hotel restaurant are a bit limited. The food is ok. But the location of the restaurant, right across the sea, and the kindness of the staff makes it worth it everyday.
7.5 Good
Pros: Room is clean
Cons: Wifi is poor

9.6 Excellent
Pros: We loved being beachside! Everyone was so lovely and eager to help us any way possible! We also enjoyed the spa.
Cons: We have nothing to complain about.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The grounds are beautiful and the little cabins to stay in are spacious and well equipped. I love how there’s even a spare pair of flip flops for you to walk down to the beach in. The staff were all extremely friendly, especially in the restaurant. The resort has its own private beach and is only a short walk away to a road of other shops and restaurants if you’re looking for a change of scene. Unfortunately we were there during a terrible storm but staff did everything to make sure we were ok.
Cons: I know it is great to be eco friendly and use solar power but it would be nice to have a back up plan to heat the water if the weather is not sunny as the showers were not very warm.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We loved it at Ancarine Beach Resort. We were picked up/dropped off at the airport without difficulties; we even got a room upgrade. The Resort was lovely, very clean and the staff super friendly. The pool and beach were clean and the food in the Restaurant was good (there were even a few veggie options). All in all we would book again with Ancarine Beach Resort.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very accommodating and willing to help us with any of our requests. We were able to check in early and check out past the stipulated time. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile on their face. We had a wonderful stay and we will defnitely be back! Thank you so much for everything!
