Pros: Breakfast was very nice, and the owners could not have done more to make us comfortable. The B and B is excellent, and a lovely old house. We were advised to visit the Devil's Porridge museum in Eastriggs nearby. That was excellent, very informative and very well set out. Highly recommended. If you find yourself in this part of Scotland, this is a fabulous B and B.
Cons: Nothing could have been better about the B and B. Annan itself is quite limited. We had a walk along the river, but the town has limited resources in the evening
Pros: Very friendly, helpful host. Very comfy beds
Pros: We got the family room, it had an Xbox! My teenage boys loved that. Hosts were really great, friendly and helpful, means a lot when you've driven for 5 hours with 6 more the next day. Would stay again without a doubt, good breakfast too
Pros: We had a friendly welcome from the owners. Their house is beautiful with original features which we found charming. Our room at the front of the property had a four posted bed, settee, etc. The breakfast was delicious, freshly made and hot. We parked at the back of the property behind a closed gate. We walked into the town of Annan - just a few minutes away.
Cons: Nothing. The only thing we found was that our room at the front of the property - at times you could hear the passing traffic.
Pros: Care package on arrival including water and snacks.
Cons: Firmness of the beds
Pros: Young couple who own the property could not do enough for us. They made our stay special. Food cooked when ordered .
Cons: The weather comfortable and relaxed
Pros: Friendly owner, always willing to help big rooms, well equipped very good breakfast
Cons: Bathroom was a bit small
Pros: Very clean, comfortable mattress and great room, helpful staff. Totally loved it
Cons: A welcome email to the guests a few days before the stay is due with details of the place, directions, local attractions etc would be more useful.
Pros: The warm friendly welcome and the character and traditional items of the old building and the breakfast was fantastic!!!!
Pros: An excellent family bedroom with x box and games!! A Very accommodating host and delightful breakfast!

Pros: Everything ! The beds were very comfortable, the whole experience was brilliant , graham and Jane were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. I can’t wait to go back to this lovely place.
Cons: Everything was very good, but the sign on the entrance to the property could be a bit more evident.
Pros: Great location, warm and friendly welcome House and gardens immaculate and so peaceful Room and amenities above our expectations (it was lovely) Graham and Jane are so knowledgeable about the surrounding areas which was a great help. A well varied breakfast and more than enough. We would highly recommend and no doubt go back again.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike about Razani Bed and Breakfast
Pros: Wonderful breakfast served by charming hosts. A lovely room beautifully appointed made it a most enjoyable stay.
Cons: Nothing at all
Pros: Excellent friendly hosts, superb breakfast and very comfortable room.
Pros: The owners were amazing, it was obvious they truly enjoyed meeting and chatting with travellers. The owners steered us to an excellent restaurant for a fine dinner.
Pros: Absolutely perfect. Ideal location and very easy to find. Excellent secure off road parking. Clean, comfortable room, with our own private entrance. Wonderful hosts, very kind and friendly. Beautiful and very neat gardens, with good views and privacy. The breakfast was superb. My wife is vegetarian and was cooked everything she desired. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here in the future. Fantastic value for money.
Pros: Jane and Graham were very welcoming, from the minute we arrived until we left. Room was warm and spotlessly clean, breakfast was magnificent, what more could we ask for?

Pros: Comfy beds, very pleasant staff, cheap place for one night
Cons: Dated features and spiderwebs
Pros: beds were ok
Cons: entrance was filthy and staircarpet in shreds, noisy sports and snooker bar directly under our room . un secured car park in a dodgy area at the back.
Pros: loved the 3 egg cheese omelette
Cons: we like dressing up for evening meal but there is no dinner food
Pros: girl at the reception very very nice offert to do our 2 loads of laundry would't accept money for it breakfast was good
Cons: not describe that hotel was on a 2nd floor furniture a bit old confort soso
Pros: The staff were so lovely and so welcoming little facts about the area and the food was so nice.
Pros: The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was 1st class.
Cons: There were no fitted sheets on the bed, just flat sheets that kept coming off. No mattress protector.
Pros: The building was easy to find, in a convenient location near the main road. The sign is illuminated and has a directional arrow to find the car park, which is well lit. The staff are do friendly and helpful! For the price paid, we were satisfied with the room - which was clean, fairly comfortable, and did the job to break up our 8hr drive! Breakfast in the morning is great value for money, with a selection of cereals/fruit/toast/yogurt before you are offered the hot menu - a great way to start the day! Overall, pleased with our stay.
Cons: Matress was a little firm to our liking - but of course, you will never please everyone on that front! There is noise outside, which is pointed out clearly in the description. The noise wasnt particularly loud, and didnt bother us, but just incase you're in need if a quiet night. Fair play to the Scotts having a good time on a Thursday night!
Pros: Comfy bed, & fresh clean linen, also the option of a cooked breakfast
Cons: An iron in the room would have been an added bonus, they are possibly available from reception, but didn’t ask. Also Not an ideal location if you’re a light sleeper, as it is above a lively bar, which is open until the early hours. Not sure if this is only the case on a Saturday night, but might be worth taking in to consideration when booking, particularly if you have young children
Pros: Good room clean room, comfortable bed
Cons: Main breakfast needs to be improved
Pros: Lovely location we used it as a stop over before onward travel to the highlands. Very good value for money and the breakfast was great

Cons: Limited bar service non after 2200 hours even though advertised bar open till 2300 hours
Cons: No soap or milk in room. Both rooms very dusty and unclean switches and behind waredrobe which happened to be out from wall (?). We had two rooms as seven people staying in my party. We had one pack of two biscuits in one room and none in other room. One hot choc sachet in each room, two would have been better. We were not told about breakfast requests however when we checked in we booked a table for breakfast. I have three veggies in my group which they didnt cater for was told we should booked day before (!!). Breakfast was very poor. We were charged £39 (!!) for burned hash browns and toast and burned bacon. Watery scrambled egg in abundance and a teaspoon (no exaggeration) of beans. On the full breakfast it did not state optional extra was hash browns and haggis not highlighted and therefore did not get. When asked for veggie sausages we were told, vegetarian items are available only when requested so night before. £39 far too expensive for such a poor breakfast. We had booked two family rooms and were put in room 15 and 16 with a tot, a five yr old and a ten yr old with four adults. Just a thought a lower floor would have been far much more suitable and would have shown consideration for our party. Not a good visit at all. Disappointing ☹️
Pros: It did its job,was comfortable bed.
Cons: Bathroom needs updating,,grouting dirty/mouldy,very creepy floorboards,,could only get 1 channel on TV,overall cleaning needs to be thorough.,,,
Pros: Pleasant enough hotel, staff were excellent.
Cons: Unfortunately the bed was very very soft and didn’t get a good sleep at all, quite noisy outside through the night but the place is close to the back of a local pub
Pros: Great breakfast, served at good times, staff there if required, bar meals are good value,
Cons: Nothing really it's just abit dated but has all you need.
Pros: Good location and great breakfast
Pros: The staff were most accommodating & the bed was comfy.
Cons: It was a little past it’s best, it’s in need of renovation not much else to say really
Pros: Location was convenient
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable and the room was poorly ventilated and muggy
