VERY disappointed!
Not much!
I arrived late and they assigned me a room. When I walked in, there was water running at a steady stream from the ceiling light! Called the front desk. The reassign another very average room and tell me. "It is a upgrade " REALLY? I guess there was flooded floors. 2nd room the coffee machine was half missing

The front desk attendant was nice.
When I arrived the hotel looked deserted. There was no sign to tell me I was at the Red Roof Inn, there was a tarp over the large sign by the highway. The parking lot was empty except for one small portion by the entrance where there were some men milling around. The windows were grimy and the curtains were all hanging in disarray. I did not feel safe as I pulled in. The lobby was dark except for a light over the desk and again I felt unsafe. The desk attendant said the hotel was being renovated and I asked to see the room before staying. She showed me the room and it smelled of mold and felt damp. I decided not to stay and asked her to refund my account.
