10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wish we booked another night
Cons: An interesting drive-worth it
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was great and staff was friendly
Cons: allthough at the beach there were too many little flies all breakfast linen tables tablecloth were wet becasue they stayed the night over. Food was terrible and overpriced. Also when you enter the hotel you have to decide which menu you gonna take for diner because of table setting but at the end it doesn’t matter. Rooms were old and need restoration even fungis on the painting in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The beach is absolutely incredible, the best I've ever seen!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, hotel had a rustic feel more so than what you would expect in. 4 star hotel. Really enjoyed the breakfast and on site dining. Definitely will return for a longer stay next time!
Cons: Bathroom did not meet my expectations, but we loved almost everything else. Room was not very fancy but the bed was comfortable which was the most important factor for us.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Restaurant setup. Two different restaurants in the same place. Poor sitting and atmosphere inside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel is situated very impressive between the dunes and the very nice beach. The staff was very, very friendly, although the communication in English wasn't always easy. As it was quite cold in the night during our stay, we asked for a radiator and within minutes they brought one to our room. The breakfast had a big selection, especially for Italy, and was very good.
Cons: For the price you would expect a little more luxury interior of the room, which is quite old. You definitely pay a good part of the price for the location, which compensates the old interior. Skip the restaurant at the hotel. We had dinner at one evening, which was by fare not worth the price. Next day we choose to eat at the beach bars near the hotel, which was good and for a reasonable price.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The surrounding is absolutely stunning! I have never seen such a secluded beach in Europe. The sand dunes remind me of Africa more than Europe. Definitely a special and unique place! We somehow also really loved the bar and it’s interior which reminded us of an American bar from the 40s
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Terrific setting, very attentive staff, great beach, hotel facilities top notch and great food.
Cons: N/a
9.6 Excellent
Pros: ruins of a minery have been restructured into a hotel, which blends in with the dunes trees and sea. A great healthy breakfast, friendly happy staff. Gourmet dinner is to die for. Location is great totally isolated from city life and is few metres from the dunes sand and sea..and thumbs up also for the free yoga morning and evening session...the instructors was very patient with his techniques. When possible breakfast and dinner are served practically on the beach....superb!
Cons: had a standard room with no view or view of court yard...not able to open window since no mosquito nets avaiablr. not exciting for the price paid. air con not functioning properly.

7.5 Good
Pros: breakfast and location were very good. but the hotel is overall rather charmless
Cons: the view is fantastic, but the hotel does not seem set to take for advantage of it. Drinks overviewing the sea would have been great, but it did not seem to be an option.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had a brilliant view of the sea, and there were no noisy kids running around.

Pros: Clean and spacious room with fridge. Nice clean pool.
Cons: The lights in the hotel are very white. With warm lamps it would be more cosy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel located in the very picturesque, mountainy part of Sardinia. Clean rooms with spacious balcony and lovely views of the hills. Great swimming pool to enjoy from 9 am - 8 pm and good pizza served at the restaurant in the evening. Definitely visit Is Arutas beach our favourite one but there is many with shorter distance about 45 min away. You will need the car to get around.
Cons: The town either has very narrow pavements or non at all, most cars drives pretty fast so you have to be extra careful when walking with kids or with buggy.
6.7 Good
Pros: Helpful staff
Cons: Uncomfortable bed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff went above and beyond to make our trip there comfortable and great. They went all the way as to help us out personally with translation of a ticket and took it to the local post office because it was a Sunday, everything was closed and our flight was leaving. The rooms were beautifully air conditioned. The sunset there was amazing and the pool/lounge area was very relaxing. Thank you for everything!
Cons: The food at the restaurant was okay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic kitchen perfect location for motorbikes
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A traditional italian family who all work hard to service their guests and make you feel part of their family. The hotel is absolutly spotless and the facilities are immaculate. The pizza and croissants are home made in their wood burning oven and taste delicious. Missing them already. We had a family room with balcony overlooking the pool area and stunning views over Arbus and the surrounding mountains. Lovely pool area including swing seats and sun loungers with outlook on the amazing scenery. Great chill out area with sofas, big TV, toy box and board games. x3 good restaurants within 15 min walk from hotel. Small supermarket 5 min walk as is pharmacy and most other shops. Arbus itself has alot of character and people are very friendly. Perfect location for exploring the south west of sardinia by car: Beaches: spiaggia de piscinas / sand dunes 30 min drive time, loved cala domestica 1hr 15min - sea is flat and lots of fish great for snorkelling and beautiful Su Giudeu 1hr 20min. Lots of beaches within an hour of hotel though. Cagliari is a 1 hour drive south, Oristano 50 min north. Fantastic family holiday with two kids 2 and 6yo lots of great memories. Massive thank you to this italian family who gave us our first introduction to glorious Sardinia!
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and large room in the centre of Arbus - good value for money
Cons: No soap or shampoo etc provided in the bathroom.
7.9 Good
Pros: A lot depends on which side of the building you stay - a pleasant feel with nice balcony views if facing the valley and a dour feel if facing a busy street with drab buildings. The owners are well aware of that and make sure to ask you (in our case several times) if you don’t want a balcony room for an extra charge. That insistence led us to choose the upgrade which you won’t get for free like in some other properties as a guest courtesy.
Cons: Pretty limited breakfast choices, heavy on bread and pastry and very light on fruit and veggies.

7.9 Good
Pros: Very friendly, helpful owners and staff (professionally run family business) and we received a warm welcome. Bangalow was cleaned after 3 days and we were told we could collect more towels whenever needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Steffano was an excellent host. We took all our evening meals there (stayed 5 nights) and the food was good and plentiful and dinner seating was done with care and (language) consideration and we were always happy with our table companions. As is to be expected staying at an Agriturismic accommodation a car is essential. Great beach (spiaggia scivu) 15km away. All in all a very pleasant stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is our fifth visit to Sardegna and Rocce Bianche in nine years. As always we had a lovely stay here and thoroughly enjoyed everything that the Cavalli family provide for all their guests. In particular we really appreciated the convivial atmosphere at Dinner each evening and sharing delightful home cooked meals created by the whole family and their team of staff. Our room was spotless, well appointed, comfortable and with an ensuite bathroom to rival any hotel in Sardegna.
Cons: Nothing - Stefano and his entire family work hard to provide a delightful stay for all their guests
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for getting away from it all, with stunning views of the mountains. Accommodation is comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The evening meals are excellent and good value for money. If you’re lucky your host will sing karaoke afterwards!
Cons: Nothing.
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, large room and good shower
Cons: Could hear neighbours in next room and pool was a little smaller than photo
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Evening dinners organized by the agriturismo Various great beaches within 30 min (beautiful views!) drive
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We liked nearly everything!
Cons: The stairs were exceptionally noisy in our lodgings. Bathroom was downstairs and in order to go downstairs you will wake up everyone else.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stefano and all the Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very comprehensive and the dinner (for 30€) was absolutely amazing. It was a big table and you got seated with all the others and could get to know each other.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stefano was an excellent host, the dinners were excellent and the rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable - black out shutters helped keep heat out and ensure a great night's sleep. Location was great too - near some stunning beaches. You will need a car to get there however.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff , who surprisingly speaks a ton of languages! Be sure to take the evening menu to be seated at a long table and enjoy getting to know the other guests over the course of dinner. Don't forget to dip in the pool or jacuzzi before you go.

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Main hotel in nice location - quiet and close to sea.
Cons: Booked a room in the "separate building". Thought that this would be next to hotel - but it is not. It is about almost 1 km away and all attributes that are mentioned in booking.com about the hotel are definitely not trues for the "separate building". It is an ordinary holiday house packed with rooms. Our room was horrible, quite dark, smelly, the only window you couldn't really open the curtains nor the window as it was facing the small entrance patio where all people are passing by and it serves as terrace for some of the rooms (so people were sitting out there watching into our room). Same with the window in the bathroom. Overall quite depressing room and had nothing to do with pictures shown on booking.com. Even if stated that the room is in a separate house there should be more information about the house. We feel a bit deceived. Even though reception was quite nice they could do nothing as all rooms were fully booked. We had booked and pre-paid 2 nights but decided that we couldn't stay. It was disappointing that they not even reimbursed us for the second night (first night is okay to pay). Last not least - the hotel is not at the beach but close to the beach. You need to walk down a steep hill for approx. 3-5 min.
7.9 Good
Pros: We enjoyed nice view to the sea, evenings on terace and superb dinners. They offer mainly fish and sea food and some typical Sardinian meals. Most important for us was that the chef was ready to prepare also gluten free meal. For breakfast as well for diner.
Cons: We were surprised that the appartment is not in the hotel but in house ca 10 minutes walking distance. In the appartment there was not an airconditioning and due to open windows we suffered with mosquitos. The beach is quite far and to the main sandy beach in the location it is better to go by car.
7.5 Good
Pros: When booking the hotel, we were aware it was on "outside apartment", but still expected to be very close, possibly annexed to the hotel, but were rather shocked when trying to book in that we had to follow the desk clerk in his car so he could take us to the apartment, approx 10 - 12 minute walk from the hotel, down hill to get there, very much an uphill climb coming back, o.k for us but could be very problematic if dealing with mobility/health issues etc. As breakfast and dinner were included in the cost this meant yomping down to the hotel twice daily. We found the food really good, pleasant staff and efficient service, house wine also very nice, this mad our stay good value for money. The location of the apartment was pleasant, with a beautiful view down to the sea. The lounge area was o.k. a little worn, huge 'fridge/freezer, tiny but well equipped kitchen but with everything needed to be self sufficient if desired, a local supermarket very close by. However the bedroom and bathroom were very tatty and poorly maintained, the decor I can only describe as 50's - 60's style, very dark and incredibly old fashioned. The bathroom was o.k. The apartment was clean.
Cons: The apartment need re-decorating, a bit shabby and worn, very old fashioned decor in bedroom & bathroom, broken items need replacing. Some areas which need attention - air con in lounge area not working (did work in bedroom) curtains in bedroom hanging off rail, hole in exterior bathroom door, no top to toilet system, bit missing from toilet lid, missing bulbs on patio area, also in bathroom, shower panel in shower door coming away from frame, stained and cracked shower seal. A shame as a lick of paint and a few new furnishings it would be a super place to stay.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was very nicely decorated. It also had one of the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in.
Cons: The breakfast had really JUST the basics, disappointing! The evening meal took very long to order and to become, which had to do with the fact that only one person (the owner) took the order and most times brought it to the table. When the resaurant was full, which was most of the time, it took too long. The TV had only 3 programs and they were in Italenisch
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean appartment, friendly staff and nice private terrace with a splendid view.
Cons: No wifi in the appartment, only available at the reception area. The bed was wobbly. The included dinners were ok, but not exceptional.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The food was very good and the main reason we went. The room was clean and the bathroom spacious.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, fantastic location, right on the lovely beach (almost!). Comfy bed, mini bar and bar in the restaurant for that all important sundowner beer. Nice restaurant, obviously very fish orientated, but good.
Cons: For a fairly expensive place, breakfast should be included as standard. We did arrange in advance for this, but shouldn't need to. A sun shade, parasol or canopy over the outside but in front of the room is essential and would improve comfort a lot.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location in off-beaten track with a stunning view over the sea. Thats what exactly we were looking for there. Each room has a little patio with sun beds, although there is no roof, so could be a problem when it rains. There was only a few people on the beach that is so not common for Sardinia. There is a nice restaurant with a view over the sea and beach and gorgeous spot for sunsets.
Cons: Breakfast could be a bit better, but anyway there are no other options around.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location and view.
Cons: Room was nice but little.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owner and staff were amazing. The food was phenomenal. Don't miss out on the pasta - simple, classic, delicious - and a great wine list too. The room overlooked the beach and sea - fabulous to wake up to. A really superb location.
Cons: The breakfast was a bit disappointing but it didn't spoil the trip and it wouldn't stop me from going back - I just wouldn't order breakfast. All too sweet. Something savoury would have been good or real bread toasted rather than bought toasted bread which tasted a bit stale. It would also have been useful to have a socket by the mirror in the room - but both of these are just little things. It is a fabulous place.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: great view, good food, very nice staff, clean room
Cons: breakfast could be better.... there should be a choice of what you can get. if you don't like sweet stuff in the morning there is not really an alternative. but you can try to ask for something else and they make it for you... so that made things better!!

6.7 Good
Pros: Nice host mum and daughter, wish we had tried the restaurant they manage, but it was closed. The apartment has a good view to the dunes, a bit distant from the sea but nice view and big terrace with chance for barbecue.
7.1 Good
Pros: View from the balcony was breathtaking! Only 10min walk to the beach and little supermarket and cafe were near by. Kitchen was fully equipped.
Cons: There was no soaps etc to wash the dishes, no hand towels, nothing "extra".
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful, helpful, responsive staff! Comfortable mattress and reasonable seating for four people. Best for a family, as two people have a pull-out bed in the sitting area. Great terrace with lovely views. Quiet environment, lovely beaches.
Cons: Very basic kitchen made eating out a necessity for most meals.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was cozy apartment with nice terrace. Overall was an okay place to stay.
Cons: The shower pressure was uneven.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great view from the pool. Just lovely! Really good breakfast and perfectly clean rooms! Lovely balcony!
Cons: The opening hours of the pool area are a bit short. You could here easily noise from the neighbors. The gate at the front was a bit annoying. Everytime you want to leave the area somebody needed to leave the car to open the gate.
6.3 Good
Cons: Once again advertising a restaurant that is not available(hosting a wedding) we booked specifically for onsite restaurants as we were travelling on motorcycles to find it was closed was again a huge nuisance. We weren't the only motorcyclist to arrive that evening expecting to be able to eat on site, they had a takeaway ordered for them this wasn't offered to us! Noise from wedding went on until 3am.
7.9 Good
Cons: Gym was shut and only chose that hotel because of the gym
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room and terrace were marvellous. The views and countryside exceptional. The service was excellent. The restaurant excellent and relatively cheap. The service at the restaurant was exceptionally good and really prompt.
Cons: The use of the gym and pool were at an extra cost. However cost was low. But I saw no one at these areas. You have to ask specifically if you want to use them. Use of towels for the pool were at an extra cost. Should be complimentary in my opinion. Restaurant should have electronic / ultraviolet insect killers at the outside area to prevent insects from accidentally ending up in your food or drink. We had to be careful to remove any insects landing on the table. Inside was not a problem.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice spacious room with lovely balcony view, very friendly and helpful staff one of whom spoke pretty good English, very quiet in the hotel itself, separated from the busy leisure centre which is part of the same complex. Minibar in room. easy to get to , just off a main road and is shown on the Kompass map.
Cons: Diasappointed that the hotel pool was locked shut at 6.00pm on a warm September evening. Restaurant did not seem to open before 8pm. Some food ran a bit low at breakfast when it was busy.
7.5 Good
Pros: Fantastic location and the pool area is amazing
Cons: We booked this hotel specifically as it had a small playground for children. Unfortunately when we went the slides and swings were all broken surely not safe for a 2 year old.

7.5 Good
Pros: Lovely setting, building, grounds and pool. Simple hotel, very relaxing.
Cons: Lack of attention to detail in the rooms, light bulbs not working, tv remote not working, old air fresheners not replenished etc. Returned to room to find housekeeping left door unlocked and ajar after daily service.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, nice infrastructure and well maintained. Issue is the location of Guspini not a place to be
4.2 Okay
Pros: After a firm discussion with the staff, the service even came up little, fortunately. The individual waiters did the best they could, so no blame on them!
Cons: The location of the hotel is very strange. The hotel is side-to-side to the parking lot of the supermarket Lidl, in the middle of an ugly suburban area. Guspini, is a mining town and there is nothing to do or see in the area. The coast is 45 minutes by car. The most remarkable was that the staff did not speak English (except for the 2 waiters, a little bit and trying hard) and hide themselves or kept talking to each other as we came up with a question. The service was below standard for the prices you pay here. It seemed like the managing lady had no hospitality experience at all. There was no breakfast left and no table available, however we booked incl. breakfast. The pictures on the webside look nice (that is why we choose the hotel), however they do not give a good picture of the actual situation. The building itself was nicely done, with pretty materials, however the interior of the rooms was totally bald, nothing on the walls, no interior designer has been here. After we did a formal complaint about the service level, there was at least a table for us for breakfast... There was a nice pool, however, our kids were not allowed to swim laps, no jumps, no balls in the water and the were watched and warned constantly by the lifeguard. At 17.30 we had to leave the pool, which was rather early considering the facts that it was 35 degrees.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful, beautiful hotel - especially the pool area!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant swimming pool, restaurant.
Cons: Wife did not care for hard mattress.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful pool area, a fantastic big room and very friendly staff.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is impressive, because of its architecture, the pool and the spacious outdoor facility. The rooms are clean and tidy. And if you have a sweet tongue, than the breakfast is just right for you. If that‘s all your looking for, than you are good to go!
Cons: Somehow there was an odd atmosphere. We figured this might be due to the almost sterile touch of the property or because the staff didn‘t give you this feeling of being welcome. The woman at the front desk even tried to make us think she‘d give us a room update - with the words „Here, this is a Deluxe Room.“ Off she was. But the room obviously was not a Deluxe Room. All she left were awkward feelings about this place. She didn’t explain us where the dining room, the pool or anything else was. At least we knew where to sleep. However we also met really friendly staff, like the woman at the pool bar - very lovely, or the gentleman, who brings coffee for breakfast.

7.5 Good
Pros: breakfast and location were very good. but the hotel is overall rather charmless
Cons: the view is fantastic, but the hotel does not seem set to take for advantage of it. Drinks overviewing the sea would have been great, but it did not seem to be an option.
9.6 Excellent
