Cons: Leaving on time!

Cons: The crew could have checked us in...we were 5 minutes late for checkin and had to book and pay for another flight.

Pros: Yed

Cons: If the flight is over Nigara , a brief commentary on Nigara will enthuse the passengers.

Pros: Crew on plane were very good; gate agent was not.

Cons: Assertive gate agent in Toronto insisted I check my carry-on even though it was within regs and there was lots of overhead space (I was 2nd on the plane) but he insisted saying it would be waiting for me as I debarked (not true-came down carousel with checked bags)

Cons: Crew stopped severing prematurely. He said we were about to land and failed to serve my row and the one behind me. In the end we still had 30 minutes before we started the initial descent. When the person behind me spoke to him about it the steward was rude to him.

Cons: Both flights were over 1 hour late. Weather was fine so difficult to understand delays.

Cons: Our inbound flight was two hours late. When connecting through Toronto, they lied to us. They said that the outbound connection was on time, that we'd likely missed it. Then, after standing through their requisite customer service line with only one open desk for two full flights, we were told to sprint through customs. We arrived, breathless to find the connection was delayed. We were told that they don't post the delayed connections for fear that passengers won't run or that U.S. customs will close. Uncommunicative and untruthful, their service is atrocious.

Pros: At the boarding desk staff were not giving satisfactory responses on delayed flight. Our flight was late by 90 minutes. No proper reply from person at boarding gate..

Pros: fast boarding process. checked in bags for free due to full flight. Crew were very helpful and serviced with a smile throughout the journey. Baggage was on time on all the airports. On flight entertainment was very good. leg room good in all the flights.

Cons: Seats should be more comfortable for such a long journey. economy class seats has very less support especially for the 11 hour flight.

Cons: Poor complimentary headphones; temperature was cold duration of flight; sat on plane for an hour before taking off waiting to de-ice; very rough landing.

Pros: Crew was friendly and professional.

Cons: Aka was happy with westjet

Pros: This was an older plane with no upgrades including no Internet and the very small poor quality Monitors in the back of the seat in front of each passenger. The seats were very uncomfortable. The transfer in Vancouver after customs involved going outside in the cold to and from the bus. There was no warning. The customs area red jacketed help personnel told us that it was just as fast to go throught the general customs are instead of using our Nexus cards and this turned out to take forever. So very disappointing.

Cons: Better communication at all levels. Remember that the overall strength of a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and this trip had many weak links for us making it a challenge.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing "first class" about this flight. Cramped seats, baggage fees, terrible boarding procedures... I've experienced better service on economy flights. Never again with Delta/Westjet.
