Horrible!
Checking out.
Everything was horrible. The service wasn't good. The smell was horrible, it smelled like urine, cigarette, mold and everything in between. Prostitution was going on bluntly at the hotel. The room was dirty. We only got one towel. The sheets had stains. The wifi wasn't working. We were scared to leave our belongings in the room, we were scared to walk out alone . The key card wasn't working to get in the room. Most horrible experience ever.

A bad experience
Nothing at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was best seatisfied upon leaving that place. Would not stay there ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The outside condition. Loitering. Found roaches in the room. A water leak in the ceiling. The toilet did not work all the time. The condidtion of the furniture left a lot to be desired.The parking lot was not the best.

worst check in
The room was ok
I had a reservation and it still took over a hour to check in. The customer service was awful and the attendant on duty was very rude and unprofessional.

Worst Staff ever!!
First thing they made us wait for half an hour just for keys. Next they gave us wrong keys to room which was already occupied by someone else. Adding to this TV remote had no batteries to operate and No hot water either. This is the worst hotel to stay, I will never try any of Red roof again if this is how they treat their guest.

Location to Six Flags
They charged me twice for the room i already paid for. Then acted as if it wasn't a big deal. I only took a prepaid card that had all our vacation money on it.Thankfully my husband was able to wire us some money or my 9 yr old niece and i would have been stranded.
