Faros Hotel

Things I liked about this hotel: - The location, it was right in the middle of the city. Walking distance from restaurants and shops as well as the beach. - The rooms had balconies and chairs. - There is a costa shop nearby.

Things I disliked about this hotel: - When I checked in I noticed that there was glitter on my bed. A new bed that I did not even touch, when I asked for housekeeping, the housekeeper was yelling at me in Greek. I told her that I do not speak Greek, but she only wanted to change the pillow case and pointed at the glitter and to me indicating that it was my glitter and hence she will only change the pillow cover. I asked her to change the sheets too, because clearly the glitter is not mine nor do I own anything glittery. I spoke to the reception as the hosuekeeper kept speaking to/about me with another housekeeper in Greek. A behavior I found to be rude. She kept yelling at me and when I told this to the reception, not one apology was granted to me and I decided to change hotels, even though my stay in Aiya Napa was a week long, I decided to book elsewhere. I was not offered any apology and I found their behavior rude and the bed sheets to be disgusting. - The bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows are very small and you will likely wake up with a neck pain. All in all, I will never stay there again, nor do I recommend this place to anyone.
