6.8 Good
Pros: Cleanliness. Comfort bed.
Cons: Weed smell all around the hallway outside of the elevator. Small room size. Miscommunication with the stuff, we asked by phone to switch us from a king to a twin double bed, they confirmed and when we arrived after 9pm with a toddler, they said they had received no call and there was not any note about it. The shower heads have a ridiculously high pressure water flow, very unpleasant.

Cons: The coffee machine is not textured at all.

Pros: The breakfast was better than expected and the ease of on and off freeway ramps was great. And the fact of the many places to dine and shop within walking distance.
Cons: When I arrived I was told my credit card was no good. I had to use my debit card. In the morning I went to Bank of America and they told me my card was great and was no where near my credit limit. I also had to move money to checking to cover the bill.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable
Cons: Too much street noise
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was insanely comfortable. The pillows were very moldable, and the sheets were incredibly soft. Where can I can some for my home? The piece de resistance was that my boyfriend didn't snore for the whole week!!! Oh my gosh, the sleep I got was AWESOME!!!!! The breakfast was full of variety, and they had Greek yogurt! Will definitely come back when we visit again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The environment was peaceful and location was close to the freeway
Cons: Limited movie choices need to provide more movie options
6.0 Good
Cons: Check in was super frustrating. Changed name on reservation through Expedia. Had screen shot of email comfirmation with confirmation number. Hotel wouldn't let me check in because name had changed even though I had confirmation of change two days before arrival date. Took 9 hours to clear error so that I could check in
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfy.
Cons: I think you need two waffle irons. People were waiting in line to use one.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was spacious. Lobby, hallways, and room were clean. Breakfast was decent, with warm breakfast sandwich and egg scramble options. Bed was comfy, kitchenette was well stocked with utensils and the fridge was apartment size. In general the room was a little apartment. Very nice stay. Would stay again.
Cons: I don't have any complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent-different from standard complimentary breakfasts from most Food could be taken upstairs into the rooms which worked with the great kitchen. We were working for three days out of the hotel and the room logistics were brilliant-two large desk work areas with 1 large under the desk table that had rollers - we used it for a dinner table, an L shaped set up for extra work monitors, etc. Multiple plugs in the room accommodated all our needs. Clean, stream lined & functional. We only had a standard room - suites were all gone, but this was more than enough for us. Fabulous!
Cons: A bit slow on the morning coffee (can't torture us like that)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very nice
7.0 Good
Pros: Close to my destination
Cons: Price could be lower
7.5 Good
Pros: Good sized room for our family. Different pillows (down, firm, med...) kept us all happy.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't great. But, it was an included perk, so trying not to complain too much.

6.3 Good
Pros: Compared to other accommodations in the same price range I would rate this room on the low end of the scale. The bathroom was tiny. The square footage of the room was small. The bed was very comfortable. The AC control was a bit awkward with a wall unit and a thermostat that definitely needs upgrading. If the room had been under $100 I would would say it was perfect but at the rate I paid I found it unsatisfactory. No breakfast was included.
Cons: Better digital plug in options. No safe. No breakfast included. The bathroom was too tiny for 2 people to get ready in at the same time.
8.8 Excellent

Cons: The room to begin with was not exactly clean, bed sheets had stains on them, housekeeping did a terrible job In servicing the room and finally their so called continental breakfast was a joke.
7.0 Good
Pros: Firmness of bed is perfect for us!
Cons: I felt I was not given full attention during the check in and was not willing to do her best if she can accommodate our preference. The response and reasoning I got from her was insensitive.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The people at the pool were very loud a couple of the nights. My neighbors were also loud and there were kids running around. They were knocking on my door and running away (I'm assuming down the stairs since my door was right by them).

Pros: Breakfast sandwich was good. Dinner was also OK, particularly since it did not require leaving the hotel.

Cons: SERIOUS NEED OF UPKEEP TO BE FAIR, IT LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE WORKING ON IT SLOWLY
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First we booked a room with two queen beds and a queen room bottom floor there was three of us staying the night. I liked that the room did not smell of a musty dirty rug. The beds had clean sheets and pillows. There were no bedbugs nor did we find any other bugs crawling around. A beautiful bathroom and very clean. Plenty of TV channels to watch enjoyed that and Wi-Fi easy to hook up and it was fast. The staff was very pleasant. I had to call in because I was going to miss the check in time I had scheduled 11 to 12 to inform them that I would not be able to make it until 130 in the morning. They said, just ring the bell at the window. When the gentleman came out he was very pleasant, not grumpy and checked us in at 1:30 in the morning. Breakfast was well supplied waffles and the fruit was definitely fresh, apples were not bruised, oranges no bananas but they could've already been eaten oatmeal coffee orange juice apple juice yogurt's cereals very well-stocked we all enjoyed our breakfast. Would I stay there again yes it was quiet no problems with the surrounding rooms and most importantly it was clean so I enjoyed my stay even more .
Cons: There's not much or actually nothing I didn't like. I was hoping for scrambled eggs and sausage/bacon in the breakfast area, but that was not an issue because they had so many other good food choices.

Cons: THE PLACE IS IN NEED OF UPDATING AND CLEANING
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Overall Very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Cons: The pool was a little dirty. It needed to be cleaned.
4.3 Okay
Cons: The staff didn't even acknowledge us when we got there. I know they were helping another couple but the woman in front desk, didn't say one minute or anything. There was a man there too. He wasn't doing anything at all! After us awkwardly standing there for what felt like a long time the guy finally asked us what we needed. No welcome or anything. Oh and I felt uncomfortable seeing a guy with bug/ roach killing things asking for room keys to treat. So once we get to the room, it was dirty! Wet nasty towels on the floor, the beds not made. We asked to switch room. No sorry or anything from the guy. Then at like 2am there was somebody driving around the parking lot honking and screaming very loudly! I was afraid our car would get hit. We couldn't sleep all night from the noise outside. It was just awful! Never again.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Freeway close. Breakfast. Wifi. All great!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: everything, especially my kids like swimming pool, very quite place, sleep good
4.3 Okay
Pros: The staff was sensitive to my concerns
Cons: The room was disgustingly dirty and uncomfortable. There were signs that the room was not cleaned very well at all. There was tissue left stuffed in a couple of places (the peephole on the door and on one spot on the wall) the carpet in the room was horrific. I had booked the room for a Friday and Saturday, but absolutely could not stay there. After waking up after a late check in I asked to be refunded for my entire stay. After talking to the front desk they refunded the Saturday night stay, and promised me a call back for either a refund or a discount, they never called. I want all my money back, for being subjected to a dirty unkept space. The pictures are all of the room even though there labeled otherwise......I will not return to this property in the future.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. It was close to many restaurants and shopping centers. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The owner working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It was located right off the freeway so we could quickly get on our way.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very quaint and charming, older abut in very good condition and clean, we liked that it was close to the mall, that we took time to do some shopping.
Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was the parking spots were in the opposite direction, and small.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Director of Ops.
4.5 Okay
Pros: John checked us in and was fabulous. Positive attitude, sympathetic human being, all-star all around. Nicole is phenomenal and gets the job done without complaining or losing her composure; equally as baller as John.
Cons: Sheraz of Sheriz the self proclaimed owner of this property is an arrogant bigot who believes he is all knowing at his young age of who gives a care. Proceed with caution and I urge you stay somewhere else if you are a service member, firefighter, or police officer. Out of respect for the aforementioned, do stay here if your need is dire. But if you can help it. Go right next door to the right to Five Star where Sarah or some other accommodating human can better assist you.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The room was large size
Cons: I was attacked in the parking lot. Someone broke in my room from the window. Most of the staff members are on drugs. My air conditioner only worked half the time. My sink didn't have cold water.

5.0 Okay
Cons: Asked for a non-smoking room but they gave us a smoking one (and it was the only room available). Also, they don't provide shampoo, and the vending machine refused to accept my money (error: "Make another selection"). So we didn't even take a shower.

Pros: Multiple shopping centers in walking distance
Cons: Large traffic sections
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Beds are so uncomfortable. Blankets and towels are poor quality and old. Noisy and a lot of drug addicts on premiss and smelled like smoke even in our non-smoking room. No microwave, limited cable stations. Rooms are very small. Would not recommend!!

Pros: Location
Cons: N/a
7.0 Good
Pros: It is a clean room, which is important to me. Staff vety polite and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and a walmart. Easy access to fwys.
Cons: This is not a quiet hotel. Too many guest walking thru all night. There was even an argument between 2 different guest at 4am. This is a bare bones facility. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. They state to offer Free WiFi, but you dont get a good signal. They offer and want you to upgrade to a better one that they charge for.
7.0 Good
Pros: It's fine for what it is; a motel 6. getting into the property is a bit awkward coming from the east (have to go around and then turn back), but getting onto the freeways is easy. neighborhood is busy but this particular motel has the rooms inside the property so not too loud. lots of stores nearby, Starbucks and McDonald's too. 20 min drive to DTLA or OC.
Cons: sketchy looking people but that's expected for a motel 6, lol.

Pros: One female staff member was polite and turned on the hot tub.
Cons: The beds were very firm. The pillows really need a good fluffing as most of the material is bunched up and lumpy. The shower head had a leak and sprayed at the ceiling. Breakfast was cereal and pre packaged small breakfast "claws", no bagels or toast or fruit. They must not get a lot of guests as the hot tub was off. People must steal the remotes as you pick it up and return it with the room key.

Pros: Very Good service. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. I love the four fluffy pillows. the mattress was a wee firm for me, but some people prefer firm rather than soft. TV had lots of channels including HBO. NICE if you're staying in. We had a very nice light meal next door at a chinese restaurant.
Cons: Nothing to ad here
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Geographically it is a good location. Not the best neighborhood though.

Because it only got worse, in regards to the cleanliness of the facility.
