Cons: I hate the trend of not having in flight entertainment and instead needing to stream on your own device. Also I never heard any audio announcements for boarding - maybe that terminal or the Seattle airport doesn’t do them, but it was confusing.

Cons: The entire experience. Endless delays, coughing crew, stupid instructions, delays on end with no explanation or apology.

Cons: Transfer of luggage from one plane to this Victoria flight. Delayed 30 minutes.

Cons: no food available to be purchased. we left almost 2 hours later than scheduled and were very hungry.

Pros: It was a huge plane, normally on my trips from Toronto to Calgary its a six seater plane. I really enjoyed it being and 11 seater per row, with more leg room, a window seat, and no one in the seat beside me! Made for a much more comfortable experience. Was not what I expected for the price I paid for it. Was very please by that.
