Pros: Crew was attentive and accommodating.

Cons: Gates switched 3 times and all bags had to be checked because of a small aging plane.

Cons: I think all was very good

Pros: Crew AND passengers were great, polite & calm. Seats are kinda squashy, tight. Food was yummy.

Cons: Don't think you could make general seats more roomy for average sized people? Luggage bins were squashy too.

Cons: Got delayed

Cons: Boarding was delayed due to crew unavailability. Entertainment did not work due to connectivity issued during flight. No cookies nor snacks were served vs outbound flight where they offered 3 snacks!

Pros: There was nothing I liked. The plane was an hour late and nearly missed my connection.

Pros: Loved having all three seats on long fligjtb

Pros: Roomier seats overall, the headrest screens and USB ports are great!

Cons: We paid extra for seats with more leg room and got the same as everyone else. Why the charge? Our departure was delayed. The plane had some sort of fragrance regularly coming thru the ventilation that irritated my sinuses and made me ill. The water for the only service on the flight (for coach anyway) was warm and tasted odd. Cabin temperature was too warm (multiple logical arguments can be made for cooler temps over warmer)

Cons: They ran out of food people would actually like to purchase and all that was left was cruddy Mac and cheese, pizza and truly awful sushi made by someone who has both never tried but inexorably hates it.

Cons: The flight itself was great but it was very late in starting due to technical problems with the aircraft.

Cons: Flight was about an hour late due to crew problems.

Pros: The crew were excellent. The seat was not very comfortable - it had a very firm seat cushion. The flight time was about 5 hours so it was OK. I adjusted to the feel of the chair. We had seats next to an exit door so we had more leg room which was nice.

Cons: The seat was not very comfortable. The seat cushion was quite firm. I sat for 15 hours on a Qantas seat which was quite a bit more comfortable. There was no onboard entertainment unless you had a cell phone and could download the West Jet app. I was spoiled by my flight with Qantas from Vancouver to Sydney. They had touch screens on the backs of the seats so you could choose movies, radio, games, and flight info and the seats were much more comfortable.

Pros: Head flight attendant who gave all the message was not friendly, rushed through her messages like she was not enjoying herself at her job.

Cons: We left the gate late by 20 minutes only to stand in line with 8 or so other planes waiting to taxi to runway for take off. No explanation was given. However pilot did make up 30 minutes of that time in the air.

Pros: Crew was amazing

Cons: sing us to be about an hour late @2:15am
