The staff services,,, 1- Admit the mistake, apologize, fix it immediately and at the top of that complement with the free offer,,, in my case (free transfer to the airport) 2- The buffet was extraordinary delicious variety of foods/ drinks

Very attentive and friendly staff. We had some dietary restrictions and staff were extremely easy to talk to, the chef came to our table each morning and discussed options with us.

Every thing we're very good and they have a staff in the airport to complete our details .
The only thing was the bath room without water for clean your self as muslims we need water not just a paper tissue to clean your self so we used the plastic bottles to fill them with water and used them .
