In the middle of the crisis you would think that they wouldn’t take advantage of people that booked and weren’t able to travel but they charged me the full price even when I couldn’t travel with everything that’s going on.

Location was perfect, very central, close to metro, restaurants and shops. The restaurant next door has a dedicated entrance in the hotel lobby, very convenient.
There was always a lot of noise in the rooms and the corridors especially during the night and the isolation is terrible so you could hear every noise. Not great for resting! Pillows extremely thin, rooms in need for renovation.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly from the minute we stepped in to the moment we left. Our room was upgraded free of charge on arrival which was very kind. Great location. Mini fridge in room. Lovely walk in shower in bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

“Amazing location right on Las Ramblas. From here one can easily get to the coolest parts of the city. The room had a massive window. The location really can't get better than this, we went to markets, the beach, and the Cathedral all within an easy walk away.”
