Pros: Robyn greeted us with a wonderfully presented pot of tea and home made treats and was particularly helpful when called on for advice or assistance. The accommodation was well presented, very clean and located an easy walk to the town centre. Breakfast provided a number of options and was of a high standard. Thanks Robyn and Adrian an enjoyable couple of nights stay
Cons: The internet was a little "hit and miss" however with perserverence we achieved simple tasks such as emailing etc

Pros: The hosts were very helpful, providing comforts and listening to our needs. When we arrived from a long journey, they provided tea and warm fresh Welsh Cakes. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was everything we needed. We had fresh filtered coffee and teas in our room. There was lots of choice for breakfast. Bread was lovely, soft and nutty because it was freshly baked and the hot meals were delicious and filling. Enjoyed the fresh fruit and farm-fresh yoghurt too.
Cons: I loved everything about our room and the service. TV screen could have been bigger, but it didn't bother us.

Pros: A place where you felt happy to return to at the end of the day. A feeling of genuine warmth that Adrian radiated was much appreciated and made our stay as special as we wanted it to be. We liked the homely feel to the property and that we could come and go without passing through a reception area. Was personal yet had everything you needed as far as the host and facilities. Even a handy umbrella when you hadn’t come prepared
