9.0 Excellent
Pros: The kids enjoyed the pool and thought the pancake machine was so great they ate every rubbery piece. The breakfast was quite good - omelette, bacon, bagels, etc. The usual but better. Beds are cozy, if rather high off the floor - even for tall people.
Cons: The door on the bathroom didn't latch and there was a rather large gap around the main door letting light in. The room was otherwise renovated and comfortable. I wish it had a comfy chair.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We both enjoyed the food and found it very adquate.
Cons: Although remodeling was going on in the building it didn't interfere with the areas of our room.
6.7 Good
Pros: Room was clean and appreciated being placed on 3rd floor since construction was occurring. Parking was available close to front door. Shopping close by as well if needed.
Cons: Two hours after arriving and checking in (on a reservation made a few days prior) another person came in the room having the same key/room number. Called front desk and was informed they didn't know how that could have happened. Received another call later asking our name which seemed quite strange considering I just gave them a credit card/license 3 hours prior.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean! Breakfast was good and the pool was nice.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Would like USB charging ports in room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was very clean
Cons: N/A
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I liked how the rooms were clean and that there was towels at the pool. I also liked the size of the bathroom and that the bed had extra pillows.
Cons: I did not like that the pool area needed cleaning (food on the floor, dirt clumps on the floor and doors were propped open from inside and out). The pool and spa were in desperate need of resurfacing. It was lacking major attention. The bottom of the pool was gritty and scratched your feet. I also didn’t like that our room was barely stocked with linens ( 1 washcloth is not enough). The breakfast was so so. I was annoyed by the lack of outlets. In fact, I had to pull the microwave out, balance it with one hand and plug it in. Someone before me was annoyed as well with the lack of outlets too and used the microwave outlet. Last issue, my mother was traveling with us and was staying in room 322. Her room smelled like cat urine. It was terrible! She didn’t want to complain bc she was tired from a long day of traveling.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very clean, friendly staff
Cons: The pillows were too small & awful, room stunk, pool needs major updating!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our rooms were not ready when we got there so we got upgraded from King to executive King suite with no problems. Located in a safe area close to restaurants

10.0 Excellent
Cons: The only "con" for me was no coke products! Wish there were vending machines on each floor with the ice machines.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: Room smaller than expected
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Shower walls looked dirty. I scrubbed it with a fingernail and the brown didn't come off. Maybe they just need updated.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff was super helpful
Cons: Bathroom floors were sticky when we got out of the shower
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location was perfect.
Cons: The chairs in the room were torn and disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm glad the bed was good because that's where we had to sit. I took a pictures to prove how bad they were. I hope to be reimbursed a portion of our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value big room for the price. Close to our kids. Very clean.
Cons: Furniture is pretty worn. Might be time for an upgrade.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling around the vent.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Gentleman at front desk who moved me to a better room on 2nd night
Cons: Woman checked me in after a long day...place is empty, she gave me the worst room right off the lobby with furniture that looked like it was pulled from a dumpster. Vinyl was visibly worn down to the thread. Other chars had stained fabric and tears.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location/price The bed was comfortable
Cons: It needs new chairs!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Not really anything in particular.
Cons: The furniture was very worn. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling by the vent (took pictures). We had to change rooms once we got there because we asked for 2 queen beds and they put us in a 1 king bed room. The clerk was helpful in this in moving us to what we asked for when we signed up. All in all, this room was not worth what we paid for and we were disappointed. Did not get good rest here either, because the beds were very uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice big suite. All the bells and whistles!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The space in the suite was a welcome relief, it allowed us to take a breath and relax. The kitchenette made life so much simpler on the road... the quiet atmosphere and friendly/helpful staff were great.
4.6 Okay
Cons: Lack of clean mugs & stainless steel cookware...lipstick on mug & unwashed (scoured) pan left a sickening feeling in my stomach wondering what else hasn’t been cleaned throughly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the kitchenette, there where enough utensils for me to cook dinner.

Pros: the Location was good
Cons: They had drained the pool, he staff was not dressed professionally, there was mold on the ceiling in the lobby. We decided to find a different hotel for the weekend.
1.0 Poor
Pros: There was nothing I liked about this hotel. In fact we checked out after 5 hours of being there. We felt unsafe there as well.
Cons: They had a guess that was beating on my vehicle and drug deal done in the parking lot. The fridge was froze up and no phone. When we check in we were told there was a pool and a kitchen and then the kitchen was closed and no water in the pool.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I don’t know. The staff didn’t know if they had a room available. I ended up having to stay somewhere else, because she couldn’t get ahold of housekeeping to find out if they had cleaned any rooms.
