Hotel staff helpful and very friendly.Excellent breakfast-buffet.Internet availability.
Air condition not in function. Too warm.Leaking of sink in bathroom. Poor water-pressure. Toilet not fastened properly. Dinner not worthy compared to price.

There's a great chef, who performs wonders with dinner, although he clearly doesn't have much say in the breakfast, which was mediocre at best! The waiting staff were very nice. We enjoyed our stay here 5 years ago while on honeymoon, when we had a very nice room with a balcony - and wanted to come back. Sadly, things have changed dramatically, with Laurent & Cristia, the managing couple back in 2005, now long gone.
Lots of faults: the room my wife and I had was miniscule (suited to a single person of slight stature with no luggage), but actually bigger than the cubicle we got before we complained! The place had a shabby appearance, and the carpet certainly wouldn't encourage barefoot walking. The cramped toilet was usable only if you practice yoga! The reception staff were mostly courteous, but were not overly friendly and gave the impression of being poorly-treated and thus indifferent. Definitely not worth the 97-euro nightly rate. The unattractive suburban location wasn't a factor for us, as we drove to the nice places in Provence, but would be for many.

Good hotel, close to the city and with a good, smaller swimming pool. Very nice and professional staff during our stay.
The parking spaces could be better.
