9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel room was well maintained, clean and spacious with good facilities. It's good value for money.
Cons: There was some noise from the smoking area outside the pun until around midnight. The Wetherpoons pub next door is very busy as you would expect.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayein the family room. 2 adults, 1 6yr old and and 1 2yr old. Staff kindly set up a bed for the eldest and a travel cot for the youngest. The room was plenty big enough to still use and let the small people run around (they do that). Main bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and spacious (walk in shower only but big). Very clean, very comforable and the staff were very helpful. This was a Weatherspoons so expect good food portions, we only had breakfast.
Cons: Although very good it was a little on the cold side but the place was busy and we had a schedule to keep to, and we didn't make a fuss. Traditional Breakfast was good size, the eggs benedict was good, but this was the cold dish unfortunately, the kitchen had run out of strawberries as part of the pancakes order so banana and blueberries instead, both of which looked like they had been prepared a lot earlier than the pancakes. Some were eaten some were not (that's kids for you). Not the end of the world, for the price it was great value.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Upgraded to the Minsmere (family room), huge room to sleep 4 with lots of space, also had an enormous sofa unit, TV and table and chairs. There was a good and interesting range of teas available. The bathroom was also spacious and the room very comfortable. We loved the open feeling of the high rafters and the low windows, it was warm and cosy despite the winds of the storm (Ciara or Dennis?). We didn’t take advantage of the shared lounge or honesty bar, though it was nice to see the collection of books, games and DVDs. We did borrow a couple of dvds and watched them on the large TV in our room from the comfort of the huge sofa. There was a warm welcome from Alan and Katie, breakfast at one large shared table was delicious and it was good to have the opportunity to ask about the local area and places to eat / visit. We did need to go out in the car for supper, but there were some lovely places not too far away.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly hosts, lovely breakfast, beautiful building and location.
Cons: Would have been nice to have a shower rather than hand spray over a bath.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Peaceful and quiet. Attractive room and bathroom. Tea tray good. Glad that dogs were welcome. Friendly hosts. We enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Minor points: The shower was rather eccentric: it went on and off. The dining room was a little bare and the tablecloths could have done with ironing! We expected more unusual bread with breakfast - ie artisan/sourdough - and more toast. In such a big building a log stove - perhaps in the lounge - would have made it more welcoming and encourage guests to use it. ************ We didn't like the fact that shooting was going on. We don't agree with blood sports and weren't able to walk our dog because of it. We wish it had been mentioned on the website.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was large, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic - tasty and hot. Location - was great for Southwold, Walberswick, Halesworth, etc.
Cons: No complaints with anything - everything completely surpassed our expectations.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: All was very pleasing. Room was very large and spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and the option to have soya milk was helpful. Thank you.
Cons: Just a couple of small points to raise - A fixed mirror to the wall in the bathroom would have been helpful as the one on the wall kept swinging about as it was on a flexi thing! Also, it was very hot during the night as the duvet was exceptionally thick. Maybe a lightweight duvet with the option of blankets (layers) would have suited better!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely stay here. Staff extreme friendly and full of info about where to go in the area etc. The room was beautifully clean and tidy. Super breakfast. We will be back !!
10.0 Excellent

Pros: We loved getting away for a weekend at this incredible property. Phillip and Clair were both welcoming and made our stay all the more special. The property is stunning and we enjoyed returning after a walk in the day to the cosy surrounds of the farm. The farm is right on the cycle route 1 so we also enjoyed a cycle. The breakfast was perfect. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The quality of food accommodation and friendliness of the owners
10.0 Excellent
Pros: a hidden gem of a place with lots of thoughtful added extras to welcome the guest. We'd read the reports of the excellent breakfast and we're not disappointed - all locally sourced and cooked to perfection. Next time we will have to check out the gardens. We were even shown the other "vertical" accommodation and will look to book this next time to vary the experience.
Cons: No complaints
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Thoughtful provisions supplied - fresh eggs, cereals, milk, yoghurts, orange juice. Wonderful bed. Lovely surroundings.
Cons: Can't think to improve it.
