10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice family driven hotel. Perfect Room. Perfect Breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First of all all I liked the location - between Gent and Brugge in a calm and beautiful place. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and romantic - candles, lounge music, the smell of freshly baked cake... B&B is well furnished and decorated in a local country style. Extremely friendly hosts. The room was impressively clean and comfortably warm. Bed linen was super clean and snow white! Bed itself is above my compliments - super-mega cozy. Would also want to mention the breakfasts - impressive, relaxing atmosphere(again - music, candles), good quality and variety of products. Aristocratic serving and fantastic coffee.
Cons: Have nothing to mention here.

Pros: Staff is amazing, very warm welcomed. Feel like home. Cozy and well designed clean rooms. Nice nature. Delicious breakfast with home made food.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The place, the host, accommodation and the food, everything was brilliant.
Cons: Just the connectivity from Bruges. But if you wish to stay in a real farmhouse it can't be in the middle of a township. So it's fine.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place close to the center of Brugge. Friendly and helpful family running both the farm and the bed and breakfast. Beautiful garden where you can have a seat and enjoy the surroundings, go for a swim in the pool, or just look at all the animals. The apartment was very cosy and charming with lots of colors and prints combined with wood. Impressive craftsmanship with an eye for details. Comfy bed at the loft. Nice breakfast in the shared kitchen. The location is perfect, especially if you have a bike. Then it’s about 20 minutes to the center of Brugge. All in all we give our warmest recommendations to “Le Plat Pays”!
Cons: A bit expensive. Especially if you’re going to stay more than one or two nights.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful place in the country. Loved the animals and the friendly people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, clean, pretty B & B. Attention to detail exquisite. Hosts kind & helpful. Breakfast delicious. Near enough to cycle into Bruges but far enough away to enjoy the peace & tranquility of the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was such a wonderful experience. We went as a last minute holiday after deciding to visit Bruges when we were on holiday in France! The accommodation was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. We couldn’t believe how lovely the owners were. It really is a calm little piece of paradise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Caroline was a very friendly host and our family room was very clean and comfortable. We loved all the animals, especially Freda and Pongo! The breakfast was superb, our 5 year old loved the salmon! The location was great, and we were only 10 minutes from bruges and 25 mins from the Belgian coast.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Proper farm where you can be with the farm animals
Cons: Empty when we arrived so limited activities to do if you spend any daylight hours
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, few minutes away from Central Station Parking. Very interesting experience. Was our first time on a yurt ... kids loved it. It is far more comfortable that we expected. The owners are very nice people. The gardens are nice and well maintained, all is very clean and the place is set up in good taste. The kitchen and toiled are as separated, but you should expect this in a yurt.
Cons: There is a fairly strong small of sheep in the family yurt because it is padded with sheep wool (we were told that this is because it is new), but I guess this is normal for a yurt, right? That pays back since the insulation worked great in cold. Give it some time and the smell, in that setup, adds some comfort to the place. You should expect though that you'll need to wash all your jackets/clothes afterwards, used or not.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place in a lovely country farm location a few km outside of old Bruges. Pretty and spacious rooms full of character and a stunning range of breakfast all from local produce. Wonderful.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room we stayed in was colourful and bright and to put it in a nutshell beautiful. The breakfast was perfect to start in the day: selfbaked bread and fruits from the own garden. And the owners are really friendly and it was fun to talk with them.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Authentic, honest place with character. Hosts have a genuine interest in travel, books, cooking and healthy lifestyle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Petra and Bruno were amazing hosts and we loved staying with them. They were very accommodating even though we arrived late in the evening and made sure we were comfortable. We had parents along with us who really enjoyed their company and the time we all got to spend together during breakfast and the tea time (thanks to the love for tea of my parents). It was a wonderful and unexpected surprise for us to see that they had a separate full kitchen only for their guests which we were very happy to use. The rooms were uniquely decorated, also with some personalized items which they have collected over their many years of travels. Petra treated us to home-made jams and fresh apple juice from their apple tree located in their huge backyard. And I personally loved the amazing coffee! We share lovely memories and we will definitely stay with them again when we visit Bruges or nearby cities.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts were so delightful! Homemade jams, breads and tea awaited us for breakfast. They took time to visit with us but we're not invasive. We absolutely loved this little gem of a B&B!
Cons: I found the pillows on the bed to be a bit flat. But the room itself was cozy and delightful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at the smallest room, but still a very comfortable one. The whole place is charming and cozy. The area is quiet and peaceful. Great atmosphere. We got the bikes and had a beautiful ride around the property. The place is close to Bruges and has a great restaurante just around the corner. Petra and Bruno were amazing hosts and the breakfast was delicious. We will sure come back.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an amazing stay at de Weide Wereld. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying at Bruno and Petra due to their hospitality, friendliness and amazing (!!!) breakfast. Plus, they know the area well and can point you to interesting places in and around Bruges!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The owners were really kind and helpful. The house is really charm and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing! With homemade bread, yogurth and fruit jam.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I wish there were more stars to give... Rooms - clean, cozy and beautiful. Breakfasts - healthy and delicious. Petra's homemade bread and baked goods and Bruno's jams were giving us the energy for the whole day. Atmosphere - magical. Wonderful place to slow down, rest and forget about the reality for a second. And feel a bit closer to the nature.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The list is long, but mostly I liked the fact that after few days I felt rested and relaxed. The surroundings and the hosts made this B&B into very pleasant stay away from city noise and stress. All rooms are cosy, decorated with style and attention to detail. Already dreaming about healthy breakfast with homemade jams, nut spread and baked goods...
Cons: There was nothing not to like.

Pros: The hotel is very clean, the restaurant, bar, rooms look very nice. It is 10min away from the train station, so getting to Brugges is not difficult. Breakfast was good - though there were no vegetables available.
Cons: In the evening the heaters were hot and ok, but over the night the heating was turned off. Outside there were freezing temperatures (0 degrees), and in the morning the rooms were very cold. The owner is very nice, however, we asked for some empty glasses and he told us that he will charge us for that... empty glasses!? We were offered free plastic glasses. haha.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good and staff was really friendly. Overall the hotel is very beautiful and has a lot of potential.
Cons: The mattress in our small double room was pretty uncomfortable, we slept very badly in our three nights stay. Moreover that specific room has a roof window with a blind that doesn't completely block the light. The result was being awake at early morning by sunlight.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was convenient. Good restaurants close by. Host was very helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts are a remarkably friendly family that work extremely well as a team. Hosting strangers in your home cannot be easy, yet we have never felt more at home when travelling. We cannot wait to return.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful old Manor house, 20 minutes from Bruges and 5 minutes from the town center. The house is stunning and the rooms large (we had the quad room). There was also a kitchenette for the guest rooms if you want a drink or tea/coffee. The dining area was large and sumptuous and the breakfast was lovely, cheese, meat, bread, Danishes, cereal, eggs, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, yogurts - amazing. Everything was clean and the owner was a lovely lady. I will certainly be going back in the summer to see the gardens.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The house is incredibly charming and in a remote location which makes you feel like a real countryside adventure just outside of busy Bruges. The room given to us was huge and the bed really comfortable. The toilet was actually outstanding, so cozy, warm and well maintained. The owners were actually the best part because they're so polite and welcoming. Also the breakfast was really good with several options and fresh bakery on a basket at your own table.
Cons: I thought the room we had booked had a bathtub and I found out it didn't so just make sure it does if this is something you're looking for! But I'm sure if you give a call they'll gladly answer you any doubts!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was superfriendly!!

The breakfast was a buffet, with a nice selection. There is also a small kitchenette on the rooms' floor for the guests with a coffee machine and a fridge which we found very helpful.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Beautiful building, reasonable breakfast and good host
Cons: We had really dirty water coming out taps into the bath - asked the manager and she said it was just dirty because it comes from the ground. The green water was clearly due to copper pipes having eroded and tasted really metallic

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice big room, direct near the highway, great place to start your trip to Brügge and the Seaside. Good breakfast, nice bar with nice barkeepers and friendly reception.
Cons: One of us is vegetarian. the only vegetarian main dish available on one evening was chinoa salad, which is actually a stater. The waitress said, it was the only alternative, although later on we learned, there was a vegetarian pizza at the bar and an a asparagus menu which we were not informed about although I asked many times if I could have a warm vegetarian dish. One could expect a 4-Star hotel to be able to make a pesto/pasta for a vegetarian guest. Unfortunately a waitress was quite unfriendly. The barkeeper a couple of minutes later made our evening nice again :) )

Pros: Very friendly hosts, beautiful & quiet environment, comfy dining/sitting room with woodfire lit on chilly evenings by hosts; spacious room & bathroom, tasty breakfast with self-made bread rolls; beer available for a good price, lovely surrounding (incl. terrace)
Cons: The bed was nice and big, could have been a little bit more comfortable for me (but that is complaning on a veery high level (-;). Careful when making noises in the bathroom, because the one next door can hear literally everything.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in the village and is only suitable for self-driving holidays. The hotel also provides very enjoyable breakfast and dinner, which are good and not so expensive.
Cons: Nothing specifically unsatisfied.
7.5 Good
Pros: I do not know if the hotel changed the management or not. Friends of mine and/or I were customers since a few years and we see the service getting worse this year. Nothing huge to complain about it - see the cons - but we are considering to change accommodation after years we usually go to the same music festival.
Cons: Every year the place is lowering the services for that price: this year, the breakfast was really poor - there was no food left after 1 hour from the start of the service. Yes, a small thing but this together with lower standards (of cleaning, of quality of staying) are a bit annoying considering that we were huge fans of this place. And considering that it is not cheap at all for the service provided. I hope that this comment will make "a bit of noise" in the management to be back to the "good old times".
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, close to Bruges. Really friendly staff and a good restaurant
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, only green fields and cows around us.. 20 minutes from brugges by car. Everyone was really friendly. Really nice and qualitative breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the quiet location which was surprisingly easy to find following the Hotels directions which we printed out. Arrived early 2.00 pm for room which was not quite ready and made ready for us while we enjoyed a beer in the garden sunshine. Ready after 30 mins. Breakfast fine with good coffee, cheeses ham, salami and boiled egg. Also cereals and juices. Pan chocolate etc. Hotel well placed for a cycle holiday taking in Brugges (less than one hour cycling) and canals.
7.0 Good
Pros: clean and quite place. 20 mins. drive to Brugge
Cons: No kettle, for making hot drinks.. They should provide electric fan for summer as the room was so hot. WIFI was broken.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff and very good breakfast
Cons: not very clean bathroom. I would recommend use an own towels because I had a feeling that towels were not washed properly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: En suite room was small, clean and quiet. Very good value for the area
Cons: Curtains didn't draw properly.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff were very friendly, good breakfast provided and the evening meal excellent.
Cons: The room was not comfortable. The hotel provided poor pillows, a not very comfortable bed and the table and chairs were next to useless. Overall it was not a comfortable stay for the price, more a hostel than a hotel.
6.3 Good
Pros: The meals we had in the hotel dinner, and breakfast was of a good standard, and quite reasonably priced. The staff in the resturant were friendly, & helpful.
Cons: There was no tea/coffee making equipment in the room, The bed was not comfortable, it just felt like sleeping on the floor. It could definately have been of a better standard.

Pros: Very quite, Very nice wooded area
Cons: Difficult to find even with SatNav
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The setting was lovely the host was a man in his own and it clearly showed.
Cons: The room was really bad and there was no privacy from the other rooms the communal area housed a bed which was occupied we also had to share our breakfast with a strange family which wasn’t good at all! €170 euro was far far too expensive for the facilities we had . The sink and toilet got blocked on more than one occasion. Also the host had to take us to a cash machine as he didn’t take card!!!!! Very very poor
