9.0 Excellent
Pros: Didn't have breakfast as we were on route somewhere. The location was excellent for us and very comfortable to stay. It had everything we wanted although would have loved to have tea/coffee making facilities.
Cons: Although is had every thing you needed I wish they had a walk in shower rather than bath with shower head. As a retired person I find it hard to step into a bath so either a separate shower would be lovely.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the town with friendly staff
Cons: Rooms a little dated, but reflected in the price
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff is really nice. Couldn't be better located.
Cons: It doesn't feel like a 3-star hotel. At first, they gave us a twin bedroom, but the next day we asked to change to a queen-size bed and they did it. The breakfast is also not that great, especially if you don't eat meat. When we booked it, it was not clear that we had to pay for the spa aside - and that was a disappointment. Also, it was only opened in the morning and it had to be booked in advance. Most of the times the water was not warm enough to take a shower, and there was no pressure.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Position and price
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean hotel. The rooms were nice with en-suite bathrooms. The air conditioning worked well for the heating as we were staying in February when the weather wasn’t too warm. Breakfast was good and the host was friendly and accommodating. We used the underground parking which worked well and meant our car was safe and secure during our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There are two nearby bars/restaurants, but we ate at the Hostel which also had local residents eating at the same time. things were simple but adequate. The staff at the Hostel were extremely kind and helpful. The location is close to the "old" part of the town and suitable for exploring the walls etc. Parking is nearby, although we travelled by motorcycle and as ever, found a space adjacent to the Hostel for free!

Cons: Poor Wi-Fi. Breakfast offering compatively limited for the price.

Cons: It was all good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s an excellent stopover, with a dog, from Costa del Sol to Santander. Very comfortable. Excellent bar & tapas. Lovely food in restaurant. Delighted to see this visit that the restaurant I opened at 8 & not 9, as on our last visit.
Cons: The electronics for operating the lighting & blinds are a bit of challenge. It would be nice to have one English speaking news channel— CNN, or BBC World News perhaps? Otherwise we love it!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant serves nice meals, the staff try very hard to help guests understand the menus. As it was December the hotel had nice Christmas decorations in the foyer.
6.7 Good
Pros: the directions given on your website are incorrect and direct you in the opposite direction to what was required after leaving the motorway. It took us an hour to find the hotel which after a long journey was unacceptable - you need to correct this mistake asap. The food was adequate for the price as was the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful

Pros: Very unusual arty property in the centre of a village with very narrow streets. the house is full of artistic touches and very unusual décor. The breakfast was beautifully served.
