The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel. Excellent location.
Entertainment programs are outdated and boring. Pools are to small.

I was expecting a quiet relaxing stay along the coast however this is a family hotel and there were many children by the pool, in the restaurant, in the bars... great hotel for families, do not recommend for couples or friends travelling without kids

I liked the fact that people in the restaurant were extremely family friendly and their food was delicious. I liked their pool games and the live music it made the atmosphere fun
Bed were very small and so was the room. On arrival the front desk was not helpful at all.

“Great food,great staff .all round lovely hotel. Very helpful reception staff. We had a late checkout and we're able to use the spa shower at no extra cost. Only failure was no kettle for making coffee or tea. Come on best benalmandena. Get up to date with this.”

Lots of selection and themed food nights ; spanish, Asian, ethnic etc. They would have music and decorations to match that theme. - Any room cleaning staff that we met were lovely.
