Cons: terrible space/legroom. Very cramped tray table, couldn't fit laptop on it. Made me check my carry on bag. not even gate check, checked to baggage claim. Yet there was still overhead space once I got on. Lots of . overbooking - should never happen in this day and age. Delta does not deserve its "#1" rating. The rating system seems biased. Probably paid off by delta. Southwest is way better for economy class.

Cons: They should tell about why they are postponing the flights constantly. Just a flight delayed 4 times and no explanation.

Pros: Excellent flight attendants. Comfortable seating. Nothing really was bad about the flight. Attendants at departure as well as arrival were helpful and attentive to our needs.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing "first class" about this flight. Cramped seats, baggage fees, terrible boarding procedures... I've experienced better service on economy flights. Never again with Delta/Westjet.
