Loved how kind the staff was. Whatever we needed, they provided it and then some! They were helpful in answering all of our questions and the “how to’s” with different cultures. We are from California so when asking basic courtesy questions, they were very helpful in informing us and helping us to live the “German culture.” We had a great stay and it was a great end to our 3 week visit through Europe. Would definitely recommend. This was our first 5 star hotel stay and we loved it! Thanks for helping make our trip memorable and great! :)
We were not quite aware of the “dress code” so to say. With it being our first 5 star visit to a hotel, we felt a little out of place, which we were, but that’s ok. We have no complaints but next time, if we visit a 5 star again, we definitely know to bring proper attire, lol.

Great selection at the breakfast. The room I got was so beautiful. Location was good.
taking too long to get registered and get a table to sit down for breakfast. Staff in general at the hotel was forgetful and slow. Out of three orders, they got all three wrong. We ordered a salad which cost EUR 24 and got a ridiculously small portion.
