10.0 Excellent
Pros: As the purpose of our stay was to attend Norwest Private Hospital the hotel suited our purpose perfectly. The room was spotless & well appointed, plenty of parking with cafes onsite.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff. Manisha and her colleagues were exceptional.
1.0 Poor
Cons: I don’t watch tv much but really wanted to relax with abc or sbs. Tv was broken and remained unfixed and when asking for a reduction in payment my request was ignored. Cracks in the walls is also something that doesn’t look or feel good for a new building (cracks in exec suite) and no 24 hour reception meant that after 10pm people started their parties in the rooms - hideous music and drunk men walking around lost - not much fun for me after a 12 hour working day - stayed here out of necessity
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfort bed
Cons: TV remote not working
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The man that checked us in 16/11 In the evening was super nice & very professional, we lost our credit card before arrival and he found a quick alternative way for us to pay our deposit at arrival. Very quick and professional service, no one likes to stand at the the lobby for too long for check in especially if we’ve travelled for 8 hours prior and all we wanted to do was get into our room ASAP and relax. Thanks heaps! Rooms are good size, modern, clean, no problems!
Cons: It’s a new development area, but more cafes and restaurants walking distance will be a bonus. No biggy there is a Woolworths next door. Will prob have this Problem solved next time we visit hence they are still building in this area.
6.7 Good
Pros: Room was clean Staff were nice
Cons: Tv in room didn’t work
Novotel Sydney West Hq - Rooty Hill - Building
3
8.7 Excellent (4,437 reviews)
C$ 164+
Overview Reviews
More than just premier hotel accommodation in Greater Western Sydney, our high-quality 4.5-star hotel features some of the largest hotel accommodation in Australia with each of our 164 contemporary rooms designed to offer the pinnacle of luxury and comfort with a plush bed, soft duvet and soothing colour palettes. In addition, there is a lot to explore at West HQ with new food outlets opening in July 2019, Sydney Coliseum next door opening in December 2019 and the newly built multi level car park.
6.0 Good
Pros: It is a typical city hotel. Nothing spectacular, but nothing particularly amazing either. Checking in took a while because for some reason booking.com didn't communicate well with the hotel staff.
Cons: The next day my wife discovered that she left the jacket in the cupboard. When called the hotel staff said they haven't found it. The jacket was definitely left there, so the only explanation is that someone appropriated it. I would advise everyone to keep it in mind.
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff excellent, rooms clean, house keeping excellent
Cons: Construction outside, making entry very dirty and not pleasant entry. A very bad point was asking $32.90 for breakfast I think is outrages. This is not the intercontinental, when I challenge staff about price that was the last smile I received. Taking into account the club itself sold a waygu beef steak and vegetables with trimmings for $33. Go figure, recently stayed at travel lodge blacktown but breakfast was $15.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We didn't have breakfast (our choice). Location was easy to find.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location is pretty isolated, not much happening around there. The WIFI was one of the worst I experienced. Not sure if it was only during the days I have been there, but it was just bad and I had to switch to my phone. The breakfast was a high light. Another highlight was that they offered some drinks included in the room rate. That made it easier without going to the vending machines. The hotel looks like that it is catering for conferences etc not so much for individuals.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Just a great stay. All was as advertised. Clean, tidy, quite, good facilities. Friendly staff
Cons: Looks like you guys could do with an elevator upgrade...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect.Value for money, and the restaurant is amazing.Staff are always friendly. This is our second stay and will be our first choice in the future.
Cons: No microwave. With a family we tend to make meals for our kids and heat up later. But otherwise happy with everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Happy with everything during our stay. Staff were amazing and very friendly and our room was amazing.
Cons: The only down fall was there was no where to heat up food. I had to take it down to reception to heat it up

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great brekkie, excellent service, comfy bed, plenty of little extras. Well organised. Thankyou.
Cons: The weather!! Rain and fog stopped us being able to take a walk around the property.
5.8 Okay
Pros: I liked the country charm vibe and the little oddities in the dining room. Doug was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: I will have to pay for a full wheel alignment for my car. The 300m dirt drive was almost impassable and lucky we don't have a small car ( we were not informed until after booked). There is no phone service.

Pros: The Breakfast was good. We were given the garden view room then we requested a poolside view because we were there for my sister's birthday that was held beside the pool. We were given the room straight away :)
Cons: When we first arrived the receptionist was unorganised. What I can suggest is making sure the keys are ready instead of we were standing there while she tried and sort out our keys.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel suited our purposes very well as we were attending an event at the Equestrian Centre in the Olympic Park so outside the city. We hired a car and visited around the area and took the train from Blackdown into Sydney. Room had kitchenette which we used as we made our own breakfast. Menu limited but very good.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing...
Cons: Everything could have been better. Location is a pub, but advertised as family friendly. Photo's very misleading. The stench of smoke, alcohol and urine throughout property. Facilities very worn and dated.
5.0 Okay
Pros: There was a blood stain on the wall above the toilet. Putting a family with young kids directly over a live band made sleeping somewhat difficult.

Pros: Location was very convenient for the event that I was attending in Castle Hill. The room was very clean & tidy & well equipped.
Cons: One of the rooms that I had booked on the 4th Floor was a bit smelly.
6.0 Good
Pros: Great location, good accommodation size for family and the property manager was awesome.
Cons: Cockroaches - huge ones. We killed them on the benches, on the floors, under the couches - where the food prep happened. Yuck! No bug spray available - only response from reception was that it wasn't environmentally friendly to get the place fumigated. A tin or mortein would have been helpful and kept our food prep area clear of them though??
