Pros: Very good setup next to the forest and the park. Comfortable bed, polite people, tasty food, safe parking. Highly recommended
Pros: I enjoyed the birds singing in the trees
Cons: The price is a bit high, the breakfast is nothing special.
Pros: Good breakfast, perfect location near to the forest and the river, about 3 km away from the city center. Excellent room with good bed.
Pros: The hotel was in a nice green place. The restaurant and its staff are amazing and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food was superb!
Cons: The hotel features a spa and hot tubs which are advertised for resting tired legs and working untill 2200. This seemed like a perfect place to rest our tired legs, however it seemed like the people at the reception just made up excuses and their own timetable for the spa and hot tubs so when we asked to use them they were suddenly "closed". The shower in the room was very dirty, woobly and not suitable for anyone over 180cm. On top of that it didn't drain well.
Pros: Excellent location, good restaurant, nice SPACenter!

Pros: The breakfast is to be choosen from the menu but they were happy to make some changes on request (no meat, extra bread, milk instead of coffee or tea, ...). Dependant on who is sitting on the reception desk, they are really friendly (helping us in finding attractions) to just friendly.
Cons: If you want to be close to the city center, this is not a good hotel.
Pros: OK. Everything was good, quiet place, nice staff, breakfast ok, you choose what you want from the menu. Perfect for transit.
Cons: nothing negative
Pros: Here are some of the positive highlights: - Great comfort in the hotel. Spacious rooms with all the necessary conveniences. - Very friendly and helpful staff. - Absolute bargain in the most positive sense. - Nice traditional breakfast and good coffee.
Cons: Everything was perfect, but here are some things to have in mind: - Location is definitely not central. It's true that the taxis are crazy cheap, but you'll need a car to go anywhere in the city. - Summer is very hot and sunny in Blagoevgrad and the hotel is on the top of a hill. Expect some serious sunshine in the rooms.
Pros: They have free parking spaces
Cons: Breakfast not included.
Pros: Very good hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. The neighbourhood is very quiet and not crowded. There are enough parking places. We were in transit to Greece and we felt excelent.
Cons: The shower is s little bit difficult to be used.
Pros: The staff was very friendly Internet wireless was good It is a hotel with 4 floors and it has an elevator which works and if you have luggage it really helps you The apartment was large and well equipped Parking place They have natural tee from real plants: linden, hardhay, mint etc
Cons: In some corners there were some spider web The breakfast was limited The announced us that in the feature they will not accept the payment with the card
Pros: It was a good option for 1 night on our way to Greece. Friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast was good enough for the price.

Pros: The room was lovely, good facilities, very welcoming.
Cons: Parking was limited - but there was street parking close by.
Pros: chairs in the room
Pros: The location.
Cons: Where do I begin? Most of the staff are NOT bilingual. The housekeeping is not daily and the housekeeper is surly. She actually banged on my door and threw shampoo at me and left. Nothing can be arranged through the reception staff. Only one person, a woman who works occasionally, speaks English. Admittedly, my Bulgarian is very limited but this is not a hotel for non-Bulgarian speakers. The breakfast consists of photos of food I do not wish to eat. Where is the Bulgarian yogurt? Bulgaria is famous for its yogurt. Ask for orange juice and you may receive Fanta. The WiFi is poor. The bathroom is humid, small and quite frankly, unsafe. No protection against slipping on the floor is provided. The floor is very slick and I advise anyone showering to be careful.
Pros: Everything was correct
Cons: There is not lift but the mannager help us.
Pros: Very comfortable room!

Cons: There is nothing I disliked
Pros: The restaurant from the hotel's garden was wonderful and the staff was very friendly.
Pros: Beautiful suit, comfortable furniture. Good bathroom; even has a wardrobe room. Quiet neighborhood.
Cons: Location is horrible, no other way to move around than by car/taxi
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: It needs hooks for the towel, waste bins and more toilet paper.
Pros: We were basically passing through, on our way to Greece, and stopped in Blago in order to see Rila Monastery the next day. It was a very convenient location for that, and a modern and nice hotel. The technical facilities were excellent, and also the comfort. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and that was very good.
Cons: The breakfast was rather basic. I guess this reflects local ways of doing things, more than the hotel.
Pros: We had two rooms (Middle Eastern and African) and both were of high standard, very clean and comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Cons: Every thing was OK.
Pros: There was not much choice for breakfast, but we enjoyed the pancakes, very tasty Very good location, close to downtown, quiet area
Pros: Room was big, bed confortabile, breakfast excelent. It ia a small parking at the hotel. Near the city centre, was ok for one night.
Pros: Long before we arrived the hotel contacted us to help with anything we needed and that thoughtful, personal attention was consistently a feature. They were able to arrange transport for trips in the Rila Mountains, and were really pro-active in making sure that everything was fine. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is a five minute walk from the stations. If we are in the area again, we'll definitely use Fenix again.
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Pros: Highly recommend this hotel! Close to city center and intercity bus station. The food in their restaurant is tasty, cheap, with great service from staff. The hotel owner even brought me to bus station in the end of my stay! Also, on arrival I got free room upgrade to their lux room with huge balcony, living and bed rooms, 2 plasma tv, 2 conditioning systems, safe and refrigerator. They clean the room every day, change the towels. I’m super satisfied!
Pros: After our last experience, this hotel was like paradise! So clean, and so fresh smelling! We had a lovely spacious room with a nice balcony and lovely spacious well equipped bathroom. It was beautifully carpeted and very well equipped, but a few more shelves in the wardrobe would have helped. The food in their restaurant was also excellent, and good value for money. It was also easy to walk from there to the pedestrian area, Billa, and the market. The staff were absolutely fantastic, and so helpful, as well as being fluent in English. This is a family run hotel and it shows.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Pros: The receptionist was great, let us park our motorbikes on the gated covered yard. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, plenty of locals socialise there.
Cons: Not in a great area, surrounded by blocks of flats.

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Event facilities at this hotel consist of conference space and a meeting room.
Cons: Lack of elevator
Pros: Location. Staff friendly. Nice room and clean
Pros: - the balcony wraps all the way around - the staff when we left helped us with an enquiry - TV with plenty of channels in many different languages - plenty of sockets
Cons: - the photographs did not match the room we were given, we specifically booked hoping for a bath tub as shown in photo and wrote this on our booking. We mentioned it after checking in showing the photo and was met with a laugh and 'no?' :/ - the suite has no coffee or kettle or fridge, it is simply a room with a sofa in it, it would benefit from this - the wet room was very small
Pros: good solution if you are in transit
Pros: Good price, spacious room, balcony, pleasant neighborhood.
Pros: The location
Cons: The bathroom was very, very small
Pros: Friendly and efficient staff. Clean room. Good location.
Pros: Good all round and fair value
Cons: Staff and breakfast
Pros: Info about propriety was correct. Good english speakers. Nice and helpfull reception staff. Close to City center. Close to restaurants. Quiet place. Good value for what you get.
Cons: No parking place, cracked walls, lightly worn furniture, "interesting" shower, breakfast would be fantastic with all three components: coffee, orange juice and simple croissant (instead of croissant with chocolate!)

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Cons: Half of the spa facilities weren't working. Dirty pool.
Pros: Didn't like anything.
Cons: Swimming pool looks good on the pictures but in reality it is very dirty with greenish water. Breakfast is very poor. Location is bad. More than 3km out of city center.
Pros: The thermal pool was nice.
Cons: The droves of birds in the pool. Guards and staff constantly checking whether you’re a guest or not. Seems they have problems with people not being guest of the hotel using the facilities. Got a call 11:40 that it was time for me to checkout. You’re supposed to feel welcomed at a hotel, not unwanted. The only nice staff was at the restaurant.
Pros: Everything was exsellent
Cons: the bed not very good, and the room very noticed from the road. the parking cost 5,00€ per day
Cons: We were staying for 3 days (2 nights) and the room was not cleaned at all, not even the towels were changed after the first night. Breakfast was included in the price, however not a many choices.
Pros: We were only for one day. Nice room (108), οoverlooking the pool. Quiet, with comfy bed. Clean. The breakfast was very good. in an excellent breakfast-restaurant room !! There is a nice outdoor pool with water bar. Also a beautiful indoor pool.
Cons: The bath tube too high to get in.
Pros: Good, clean and renovated spa. Swimming pool was also well organized.
Cons: Rooms need renovation. They do not apply to 4 star hotel. Breakfast was very poor with very limited choice of fresh food. Especially the bread and sweets which the hotel offers for breakfast. Local bakeries enough, its a matter of organisation from management.
Pros: Spa is good! Outside and inside pools are very good! Mineral water is not too warm, which is good for longer periods inside the pool. Will visit again!
Cons: Some rooms need renovation. Bathroom and the shower and sewers. There was a little miscommunication about the booked room, but it got fixed quickly!
Pros: Very nice SPA and outside pool facilities. Great value for money. Nice staff.
