Pros: The food was exceptional! I’d order it again at a restaurant if I could!

Cons: Still normal awkward/tight economy seat. It’s to be expected but the coat hook and free slippers make it better than a lot of other airlines.

Cons: The flight was delayed because one or more of the crew were late. I would suggest that when you board a large flight, start from the rear of the plane, not the front. Having to go past everyone to get to your seat is time consuming and somewhat stressful. The food was super gross. The so called beef bulgogi was not appetizing at all. For breakfast, the food was disgusting.

Cons: WestJet is a good airline

Pros: Apart from the boarding process the trip was great.

Cons: The airport had us board at a gate where we had to go outside in the rain without any warning. Many of the pasengers were families with small children and dressed for the sunshine and no coats or other protection from the elements. There was no warning from WestJet or the airport in the process from booking to checkin.

Cons: I could not get through to westjet for days due to weather. Then when they called, they hung up on me as connected....back to another hour wait. Then an email. Then 5 days later to hear that despite all of their chaos there would be no changes.

Pros: Arrived earlier than scheduled.

Cons: The flight was almost 4 hour long, and we didn't get no food to eat, we would have to buy the food, I think that was bad

Pros: This was a prompt, well organized flight. In-flight entertainment on AA is always decent.

Pros: The entertainment program was exceptional.

Cons: The crew wasn't very friendly and gave the impression they were tired of their jobs. The afternoon 'snack' pizza disguised as a hot-pocket in a small box was served 40 minutes before landing. This snack wasn't enough and wa served far too late for a flight that lasted 11 hours.
