Cons: Tight seats in coach..expected

Pros: The crew were very accommodating as they were able to get me a wheel chair on short notice....thank you, thank you. The seat was not the best because the seat-back did not recline (we were seated in front of the EXIT row)....not good.

Cons: A service of H20 should have been offered...especially when leaving very dry Palm Springs.

Pros: Comfortable flight, entertaining stewardess, on time arrival and departure, good service.

Pros: Everything was fine with the flight except for the substantial delay of an hour in taking off.

Cons: It was late taking off without too much explanation except they were waiting for a delivery of fuel it seems. We just sat in the plane for all that time. I wish they could have informed us earlier so we could have just waited at the airport.

Pros: West Jet staff and crew are always great.

Cons: My flight was delayed over an hour - we sat on the tarmac waiting for de-icing for over an hour. There is no entertainment on this flight (so no wifi or tv) and we were not really notified how long we would be delayed- causing delays for me in Saskatoon that I could not provide information for.

Pros: Three meal provided. Polite crew. Good customer service. More limited weight for the carry on. Generous for the excess size or weigh the baggage.

Cons: Not enough Asian movie since this fight is to Hong Kong. Seat and space is not big enough.

Pros: Entertainment and staff were good as expecte

Cons: over 3 hours delayed. no compensation for drinks/food no communications re: options and timing. I would have rather forfeited my seat on yesterday's flight (which didn't leave until after 10pm - scheduled for 7) and taken the first flight out of YVR today. Super frustrating - Have greater expectations from Air canada.

Cons: Departed one hour late due to weather from incoming flight departure city, YVR.

Cons: Poor legroom Flight sat for 1 hour on the runway

Cons: The main economy seats were far too narrow.

Pros: Crew was professional and understanding/empathetic given the circumstances. We were delayed 4 hrs.

Cons: While the weather delay was out of everyone’s control and it was obvious the pilot was doing everything he could to get the pale airborne... i feel their could have been better communication from the ground as to our take off time. They kept changing our time and thus we were trapped on the tarmac for 4 hrs. Had we known, some of us could have gotten off the plane and rerouted so as not to miss our connecting flight. We and others were stuck in Atlanta, had t okay for a hotel....and missed a day of vacation....☹️
