9.6 Excellent
Pros: This was our second visit to the hotel. The owners are charming and helpful and the welcome was very warm. They have created a nice atmosphere both in the reception area and the bedrooms. Our bedroom was quite large and very comfortable. One could choose the private parking (with a small charge) or use the public parking 50m away.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were so welcoming, helpful and good humoured The room was large and comfortable. Lovely breakfast with homemade bread and a huge selection of homemade jams.
Cons: The hotel was lovely, no faults. But, I was disappointed with the very small choice of restaurants in walking distance.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We did not get to see much of Bollene, we were only driving through, so we can't say much about that. It is right next to the fortress at Mornas. The rooms are comfortable and big enough. We were three, so we stayed in a triple. Parking was easy. The hosts were friendly. It was the first of January, so not much was open, so we can't say much about the location, and there was some construction, so the nearest entry from the highway was closed. Breakfast was fine, the breakfast room quite nice and the croissants were extremely tasty.
7.9 Good
Pros: Elegant small hotel in the old quarter of Bollene. Owner-manager is a humourist who looks and talks like Fernandel - makes everything into a joke. Ok but might get tiring over a long stay. Fine range of home made jams for breakfast and to buy
Cons: See comment on owner below...

7.9 Good
Pros: We stopped in Pierrelatte as it was a convenient distance on our journey and intended to use it as a sleepover however we really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was traditional with lovely staff, a clean and comfortable room and a good breakfast. When we had a wander into the town centre there was a small music festival on where we enjoyed having a drink and some food and people watching ! All in all a lovely night which I will remember as a good part of our holiday.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Central, friendly welcome, bikes locked safely, all hotel info plus little town map with restaurants marked given on arrival, WiFi good, aircon excellent, much better breakfast than standard French ( meat, cheeses, johhurts, cold eggs) and the increasingly popular with hotels proper coffee machine. ( ate at nearby French restaurant- excellent value menu at 23 euros)
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very family Hotel close to the historic Center of Pierrelatte. The owners and the Personal where very friendly. Restaurants and Pubs are very close. Free parking. Nice Hotel for business trips and sightseeing in the Provence.
Cons: ???
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel's owner is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, good breakfast buffet. Excellent position in the middle of the town, in a nice buiding. Parking available. Recommended
Cons: The air conditioner was not well located in our room (I do not know how it is in the others), so that it is adequately refrigerating the antebathroom only, not the bedroom. If you want the bedroom adequately refrigerated, you must regulate your AC on polar temperatures, which means that you need a winter coat to cross the antebathroom, if you want to avoid to get sick. If so, a ventilator in the rooms (and the AC switched-off) could be more helpful

Cons: This may be a personal preference but we both found the bed too hard for our liking
5.4 Okay
Pros: Beautiful location, garden, outdoor seating at the restaurant. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere, friendly and obliging staff - except for the restaurant.
Cons: Pool was closed already in the afternoon and they did not open it the next day. I selected this hotel because of the pool! The included breakfast was tiny, they were unable to serve a warm breakfast. After discussion with the waiter we managed to get at least a boiled egg and a cold tomato - at a grossly overpriced charge. Dinner was good, but very expensive.

The familiy owning the hotel is very kind, everything went straight forward. Bathroom spotless, air conditioning working well. Perfect location next to the city center, a super market just over the bridge, just minutes away from the highway.

Cons: Bathroom could be a little bigger but i do not complain since the price was good.

7.1 Good
Pros: Proximity to motorway.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Souper was perfect
Cons: Niets
6.3 Good
Pros: Location near the highway, free parking, the staff was nice.
Cons: We booked two rooms. Both rooms were very cold and we tried to fix the airconditioning but it did not work. The bed was not very comfortable. On of the showers was flooding if you took even a short shower. There were still things from previous guests in the bathroom, the toilet trash bin was not emptied, we found some body hair on the bed sheets. I would not stay there again.

5.0 Okay
Cons: In the room choice, it was described one room for 2 adults and 2 children with 2 big beds 130, but in reality size was 90cm. So sleep in two 90cm beds is not the expected for our familly size. Kr

Pros: The building, the location, the character of the hotel
Cons: The corridor to room
6.7 Good
Pros: Location was superb
Cons: My bedroom and bathroom was old and dated similar to quality of 1-2 star older motel room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food and service was impeccable. Stephen at the front desk, in spite of language difficulties (on both sides) could not do more to make our stay comfortable. His thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated
Cons: Hardly a thing
7.9 Good
Pros: The central location in the village and the well designed rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Some parts of the property and the building are worn out or not well maintained. The air in some parts of the building was stuffy.
6.7 Good
Pros: Hotel is situated in a nice historical building. Lobby looked nice and had a warm feel to it. Rooms however neen restoration. Lots of free parking available around. The location was perfect for us. We had a room right across a big comfry terrace, but again he furniture and sun lounges were broken. Wifi and air con worked fine.
Cons: Rooms are small and in a bad condition. Paint is peeling of the wall, broken tiles in the bathroom. Cound be a very nice place if they restored the guestrooms. Terrace at the top was beautiful but furniture and sun lounges were all broken.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room we were in was an upgraded room which was nice but had to pay for it. The cheapest rooms were appalling.

Cons: Unfortunately there was no hot water in my room - though I let the water run for app 10 minutes. I had to have a cold shower from a very poor shower "head"
7.5 Good
Pros: Small, nice and cheap hotel, in the central St. Paul Tr. Ch., clean enough, comfortable enough, rich and tasty breakfast (a bit pricey tho). Nice patio for dining outside in spring/summertime, nice staff.
Cons: rooms need renovation, it would improve the overall quality of the hotel. Breakfast was nice and satisfying, but it was not included in the room price (we knew that in advance), and we found that € 15,00 per person (€ 10,00 for children) was a bit too much.

Pros: Correct
7.9 Good
Pros: Outside looks a little dilapidated but the room was fine. Exactly what you can expect for €40 a night. Bed wasn’t the best but also not the worst, bathroom small but clean and good shower. Just off the A6 so perfectly fine for a 1 night on your way south.
Cons: Someone definitely smoked in our non smoking room, the bed lights were both broken, the walls are quite thin and if you’re a bit bigger don’t book here, the room really is tiny. Also you can’t open a window without other guest looking into your room as they pass by, but the air conditioning worked well. But all of this was to be expected!
4.6 Okay
Pros: The receptionist was very friendly, he looked at the room next morning.
Cons: The tiny room was boiling hot, aircon only for heating. Impossible to open the tiny window as people were passing by. Had to sleep with open door, as my dog and I couldn't sleep at all. Room 114..... The bath (plastic cabin) needs a brush up

Cons: Everything was fine. No issues.
