Pros:Location to city of Boone is good.
Cons:The entire place smells stale, like a nursing home. It appears there has been no fresh air or cleaning to common areas for an extended period. The staff is dressed like they are going to mow the lawn. Staff also smokes out front so you have to walk through it. The breakfast room is cramped and food is old. The bedding had cigarette burns, even in the non-smoking room. The state has not allowed smoking in commercial businesses for over 5 years. The bed is worn and if some moves slightly it shake the entire bed.
