Pros: The Porter Lounge is so nice

Pros: The flight wasn’t full, and we travelled with a lap infant - we really appreciated that they blocked off row for us.

Cons: The food is a scam. It’s overpriced, made poorly, and it’s the only option if you didn’t pack anything onto the plane with you.

Cons: No crew to load the baggage or guide us out of the terminal. After a day of cancellations and delays for my one flight, my baggage was lost. I felt like notifying us about delays and cancellations could have been handled more efficiently. Also, the staff was not helpful when my baggage was lost

Pros: Very professional and dilligent staff helping th elderly with utmost care. the flight was clock work on time and well aided by the cabin crew. Overall aces high !!! Keep it flying
