Hotel of Horrors
Staff was friendly and tried to help.
Room was 20 feet from train tracks, yes, it ran all night! In-wall heater/AC wouldn't turn off Couldn't plug in lamp, frig., and TV at the same time! Carpet was filthy! No good food within walking distance. Shuttle ran on no schedule, it's luck if you catch it. Took 1.5 hours to get from airport to hotel. Skip this hotel and skip Boston!
Extremely friendly staff
$100 security deposite
Nice staffs but very noisy location
The staffs are very nice.
Our room was very noisy from 5:50am to 12:45am every day because it's next to the Tline metro track. The train runs every few minutes, very annoying.
Water was leaking from my bathroom ceiling.
Comfortable bed!
We waited for airport shuttle 45 minutes, called hotel several times and they said it will be coming... Didn't show so we then took taxi $37.50, good thing hotel paid for it. All kinds of debris in front of hotel.
Awful
Very unhelpful and inexperienced front desk. I booked a double room and they tried to give me a single. When I went back down to correct their mistake they tried to tell me they were sold out. The shuttle took 2+ hours to get to the hotel. There was a train right next to the hotel that kept us up all night.
Worst service ever give by Manager on Duty Kellie
convenient shuttle route to take the train
I had 2 reservation for one night and one week, when my second reservation started the hotel made a mistake and cancel my reservation for no reason, apparently "someone" cancel the reservation, the Manager (Kellie Pabst) didn't know who and when did this cancellation. She wanted to charge again for the one week reservation, I had to call Expedia to have a solution, because the Manager didn't want to do anything. I had to wait 4 hours to solve this problem, but the manager didn't seem worry about it. She treat me very unrespecfull
Paid a little over $100.00, and no valet fees seeing as how it is self parking. Free breakfast.
For me having lived in Dorchester for many yrs and recently moved to the country, it is super convienient for a wkend getaway.
closeness to the city
next to train tracks, couldn't sleep the all night due to the trains passing by
Difficult to find an hotel in Boston area, with acceptable fare . Comfort Inn Boston do propose it at a "regular" rate.
Hotel near train tracks. Train noise during the night. Extra 3 $ fee to pay in addition to booking.com rate. I think I booked twin beds , but Comfort Inn didn't get the request.
the internet and the shuttle to airport
remote control did not control the t.v, we were in a handicapped room, so once you were in bed, how does a handicapped person change the channel??
The shuttle to the metro
The smell of the room as if people do smoke there although it is none smoking room
Convenient to MBTA Transit station which saved me on time and expense of driving into downtown Boston
The pickup schedule at the the MBTA Transit station was consistently not adhered to and caused an excessive wait time until the next hotel shuttle arrived. There was no apparent reason why this was the case other than the shuttle service did not want to wait at the station.
Late arrival was no problem; free airport shuttle
A little further away from the airport than expected.
staff were wonderful
The front door hit me pretty hard on the way in, I mentioned it at the desk.
