Friendly staff and clean facility
No parking, couldn’t cancel/change reservation date or upgrade room, smallest room ever with very minimal space to move around, Layout of room was unconventional as well as city view that I paid extra for and was not worth it, no fridge or microwave and could not access ice machine. Automated phone in room was frustrating and inconvenient.

Conveniently located, small rooms but comfortable. The exercise facilities were great.
The rooms do not have coffee or a coffee maker. As an early riser, I enjoy the convenience of having coffee in the room. Also, the hotel charges an additional (and seemingly unnecessary) $20 a night on top of the nightly rate/amount already paid.

Bed was soooo comfy and location fabulous
I arrived late due to weather related flight delays. I was so hungry when got to hotel at 2 am but there was no food. Not even a vending machine. Def should have some option for snacks.

The hotel offers parking and concierge kiosks, open 24/7 for easy check in and check out; hotel staff and their AI-assistant are on hand to help with everything from sightseeing recommendations to extra amenities.
Yotel rooms, called cabins, are luxuriously appointed with all of the amenities guests expect, and none of the overpriced extras they never use. Cabins feature sublimely cozy, adjustable SmartBeds appointed with premium beddng, mood lighting, smart TVs, private bathrooms featuring rain showers, heated towel racks, hair dryers and premium toiletries. All cabins include desks with USB ports, safes, free WiFi and calls throughout the US and an iron and ironing board. Each floor includes purified water and ice stations; ADA-accessible cabins are readily available.
