staff were friendly. bed was comfortable. breakfast was very nice ,bathrooms were clean and modern
pillows were too soft and uncomfortable. outdoor bar area should have a smoking section. smelt a little musty, maybe some air fresheners would be good
The room was very comfortable, had a nice outlook through the French doors and was excellent value for money.
Very nice and beautiful
The room was on the small side. Breakfast was good . Location was why we picked the property. The retro look of the property was great. Menu was limited but well presented.
The room was a bit on the small side
Excellent room and a fine hotel wit a dining room of its own (restricted opening) and also a bar attached w here food can be purchased. The hotel is situated an easy walk from the Australian War Museum and also the Canberra Centre Mall. The Parliamentary buildings are a bit further and it is a good walk, but it is worth going to see. Canberra is a very modern city very spaciously laid out, attractive but maybe a bit clinical? We had purchased breakfasts as part of the deal, well worth it here! A visit up mount Ainslie at dusk is to be recommended, fabulous views over the city and you really get an idea of what the architects were about.
