8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent value for money. I booked a single room but was given a double for the same price. Breakfast was included. The staff were lovely. The location is perfect. Parking was free.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn’t like.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, cozy restaurant with excellent food at decent value. Very good breakfast and dogs allowed throughout.
Cons: Rooms and bathrooms are quite basic, but it all works, so that is fine!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the style of the hotel. It’s very 70’s. The 24/7 reception is very helpful aswell.
Cons: The bar closes at 12 which is a little early I guess.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Premium location
Cons: As I recall, of two outlet ports (#2 plug connections) one was next to sink, other at end of bed.,...Hallway carpeting dated.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good
Cons: Nothing
6.0 Good
Pros: nice omelet
Cons: too small food area
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location. The hotel was clean. Good car parking.
Cons: The bathroom in the room was an afterthought. The door was glass so you could see EVERYTHING what was happening inside. The sink and tap were not an item designed together - you opened the tap and soaked yourself looking as though you had peed yourself. The shower had nowhere to put bottles of shampoo or soap on. We spent a whole month touring Europe and staying at different places and this hotel had the most expensive breakfasts with the least variety. Warm orange juice - ugh! The hotel room was reasonably priced but the extras ramped up the bill significantly.
5.0 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: Noisy. Poor breakfast. Cleanliness on the edge.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfotable Bed.
Cons: Quite a small bathroom.

7.0 Good
Pros: A good hotel with warm friendly staff in a really good location
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Have stayed here before. The room overlooks the carpark at the back of the hotel, this means that it is quieter than rooms at the front on the street. Requested a 1st floor room which we got as the stairs are steep (esp to the 2nd floor and there is no lift.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: In the city centre near the bars.
Cons: Smoke detectors had extreme flashlights which keep you awake through the night, if you try to solve the issue yourself the staff comes knocking on your door non stop in the middle of the night without two seconds to be able to get out of bed to the door. Bad and rude service, not helpful at all. Besides this, the rooms are very small and old, not very well maintained and also not clean as you would expect from a hotel. Small uncomfortable bed with very hard mattresses. Breakfast buns were like they were baked two days ago, some of the spreads also looked long overdue.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very friendly and everything is in order. It's also nice to use a 'real' key :)
Cons: It can be very noisy in a room on the street side, since there's a busy café with people outside until around 2:30AM (Saturday).
6.3 Good
Pros: Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was good. Room very nice with character
Cons: Only downside was the location on a pedestrianised area that would make it difficult for Taxi pick up for business
7.3 Good
Pros: An excellent hotel, food was fantastic, well looked after with very nice staff . The room was fantastic well presented and well serviced.
Cons: Car parking could be improved

Pros: That everything was well organised, seen de Covid limitations
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and informative. During the lockdown the staff were doing a great job to keep the hotel running with the protocol for Covid 19.
Cons: There is nothing I can say here as we were in lockdown
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was exceptional
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, Nice room with view
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed and mattress were great
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently located near Erasmus University, and bus stop is right in front. I was offered upgrade (superior > executive) at EUR25/night upon C/I, which included free minibar w/ Nespresso & mineral water, bath lobe, slippers, broadband access (upgrade from wifi), and high floor (less noise and better view), which I though was a good deal. Room was spacious, nice and clean. Comfy firm mattress. Breakfast was offered at two levels, EUR 9.50 for continental, or EUR 19 for buffet (many choices of meat/cheese/pastries/juice, enough for consecutive stay). 'Breakfast included' rate meant buffet. Dinner was good, with enough selection of glass wines, a little pricey though. No other restaurants nearby, except for on-campus HOT SPAR and food court.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, view and Rotterdam
Cons: Bed was bit hard, not much privacy in your room.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Very stylish hotel. Futuristic. TV in the mirror. Nice!! Excellent breakfast. They even make omelets. This is rare in Europe. Super great staff. Friendly, very helpful.
Cons: Parking expensive. Even though the hotel does give a discount.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: View
Cons: The room is missing a small table to sit and enjoy the view
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Amenities, Nespresso machine were good!
Cons: TV was very strange. And function of 'Smart TV'(?) didn't work. They didn't give a full detail of method for 'Smart TV' operation. Even remote control didn't work well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an amazing time at nhow Rotterdam! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the bedroom was clean, spacious and designed with a specific care for details which made our stay feel extra-ordinary. The breakfast was offering a wide range of fresh products and the panoramic view from the space is great. We ordered some buns and fried chicken via de room service and the food was delicious. And: the elevator was incredibly fast!
Cons: Nothing! More two small notes: bathrobes would have been great to have in the room to chill a bit longer after a bath. Because the wifi did not reach our floor, we had to walk downstairs to pay for the roomservice instead of being able to just pay by card from our room (23rd floor).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice & modern. Bit minimalistic but all things you need in a room. Cool late night bar.
Cons: I wasn't convinced about the flatscreen TV within the mirror so you couldn't turn it. Parking is extra but they give you a discount as it gets pricey very quickly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, view, room, location
Cons: The table service in the bar at night was inattentive, didn't clean our table with the stuff from the previous guests, didn't take orders, actually did nothing at all

7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Food of good quality. Room comfortable and quiet. Very convenient for my work.
Cons: Closure of the bar. It always had a buzz with sport on TV and pool tables - a nice environment to relax after a day's work. Eating in the restaurant is not the same unless you enjoy being with middle aged men sat by themselves looking at their phones.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms and hotel
Cons: no coffee or tea in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service of the staff. Even though I had an early arrival, they've managed to give me a room in less than 30 minutes. The receptionist at that time was very friendly and understanding. Room was clean and comfortable and very much worth the price.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Only location was convenient for us.
Cons: Very bad communication with the hotel staff.
4.5 Okay
Pros: It's hardly a 4* my room was clearly a 1960s council flat. Which I assume is what the building once was. The decor was cold and a bit weird. Kitchenette had NOTHING just a cold metal work top and a sink. A coffee maker but no coffee and not even a microwave. I didn't want a kitchenette but if there is one in my room I expect something! Location is not nice nor is the view
Cons: Far too expensive and not a 4*. I rarely complain about a hotel because you get what you pay for. However I suggest either spending another £20 or going for a lovely 3* somewhere else. It's not a nightmare hotel so if you have booked it's not going to be horrible, just if you have a choice ... Go elsewhere
7.0 Good
Pros: Rooms were large & comfy. They have everything you need! Staff were friendly and gave us a place to park our bikes inside.
Cons: The neighborhood is not great and the hotel is far from the nicer areas in Rotterdam. It is a very large hotel, drawing a strange crowd (i supppose due to their low rates)
6.0 Good
Pros: The room space
Cons: Geen pantofffels :(

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location.....close to everything. Room was very clean staff was very helpful,
Cons: Water in the shower did not drain well. Caused some water to build up in the bathroom. No operational windows in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good and fast room service
Cons: Nothing
6.5 Good
Pros: It is comfortable enough and reasonably well positioned but it really is just a bit bland and characterless. A hotel probably better set up to appeal to the business community ( to which to be fair I belong) rather than the independent traveller. I like Hilton's but the Hilton up in the Hague is so much better than this one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central location. Amazing, helpful staff!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is what we were looking for. Very good hotel with friendly staff. Would go back and also recommend this place
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything no complaints
Cons: N/a
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is renovated and up to the latest standards of comfort and luxury. It is quiet and soundproofed. Food is excellent.
Cons: The only thing to criticize is Internet speed but they do offer a fast paid version if you need that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Decent bar, good room service, nice staff
Cons: Not many shops around the hotel to buy little necessities and a lot of them do not accept Visa Or Mastercard. It would be great if they had a little shop in the hotel.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean and super close to the airport. Staff at check in was very nice and helpfull, even offered to help with the lift because i had a lot of stuff and a dog with me.
Cons: The room was very small. Luckily i was alone, but with 2 or even 3 (third bed was in the cupboard) people that would have been very cramped.
5.0 Okay
Cons: too small rooms for three people and complementary tea or coffee or breakfast missing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very close to airport
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff is very friendly.
Cons: The pillows of the bed were very bad. There was all the time a smell in the room, from the kitchen or so, and at 0500 I woke up from cigarette smoke smell.

Pros: Everything was really good
Cons: Maybe a drink vending machine. No fresh drinks available
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is very close to the train station and to the city center. A lot of shopping opportunities nearby. The staff is friendly. The tram stop is right in from of the hotel. Breakfast is standard.
Cons: It would be nice to have some basic warm breakfast options. It is a very standard business hotel and you can go in and out of the hotel without crossing the reception which felt a bit strange sometimes. No separate shampoo and body lotion offered in the room.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff
Cons: Very little choice for breakfast
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast

7.0 Good
Pros: Location is perfect, everything are near, such as railway station, city center, shopping center. A room is comfortable and bad with a bad linen are perfect. Very nice shower room.
Cons: I think the breakfast could be better, more various. Inside a room there is a lack of fridge and safe. A key switch was damaged and there was very difficult to fix a key inside it and switch on an electricity )), but i staid only one night and when i left the hotel i made a note to receptionist about it. Sorry for my honest ))
7.0 Good
Pros: The fact that the hotel was in the city center i was able to walk anywhere within the reach.
Cons: The Weather :)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was basic but fine, clean. There was a basic bar. Breakfast was fine. Good location.

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. This hotel has 8 meeting rooms available for events.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the Mainport Design Hotel in Rotterdam is a thoughtful, and comfortable design experience. From it's location overlooking the historic harbor and adjacent to the Erasmus Bridge to position next to the Tram transit stop...is a well connected position in Rotterdam. My room was very comfortable and a high-design style. Service was excellent throughout, not stuffy or pretentious, but well mannered and accessible. Some 5-star hotels trying too hard to be exceptional, making the visitor feel like it's a privilege just being a guest. But I felt that the hotel and staff really are proud of their facility and are eager to share the good vibe with their clients.
Cons: Only getting to stay two nights.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds are perfect
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, size of rooms

Pros: everything
Cons: n.n.t.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place very comfortable and amazing food. Awesome tub
Cons: nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: Dirty, we asked to change the room to another one.. but we received the same dirty and broken room. Curtains were broken, bed sheets not white but with black spots + we found hair in it. Toilet is also not cleaned, sauna’s door broken, couldn’t close... we were here before korona virus and was all oke but this time we didn’t enjoy
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room was great, overlooking the harbour. We had a sauna in our room which was great, and the bathroom was impressive. It's close to the Witte de Withstraat which has bars and restuarants.
Cons: It was great other than little features like the paint on the wall was cracked and looked a little weathered. These little things that made it feel more like an older hotel than a fresh, luxury one. We went during Christmas and New Year and nothing was open and it felt very much like a ghost town in Rotterdam!
7.0 Good
Pros: It was very beautiful
Cons: They didn’t clean our floor..

1.0 Poor
Pros: nothing good to say
Cons: the worst hotel in the world the front desk lady was rude and completly unorganized didn't have a room and would not give me my money back The worst ever seriously dont go there i booked and have payed for my room and called in advance because i was concerned about the bed bugs comments i have read.they said that there was indeed a problem with bed bugs and were trying to solve it and also that the first floor has been renovated and i asked for a room that was renovated and they said OK i called again to make sure and again they said OK. On my arrival they tried to trick me into signing for a room on the forth floor because they said they didn't have another after a long talk about how they promised me a renovated room i decided to give this one a chance since it was night and cold af outside. When i walked into the room there were people staying there and started screaming at me.. After that i called the police who didn't bother to show up but at least called and they gave ud our money back.. Horrible impression of the Netherlands Also they told thay the manager was not there amd turns out he was Ps i booked in a hurry before seeing the horrible comments and was a huge mistake

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: Everything was perfect
7.7 Good
Pros: The main deck was nice to grab a drink from downstairs bar and take it to the deck
Cons: They should accommodate late check out, one staff told i can and when I asked for late check out the other staff from the front desk said that they can’t it was frustrating
7.0 Good
Pros: I love that it is a cruise liner from the art deco period. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. There is also a free shuttle bus to the metro and back up until 11:30 in the morning.
Cons: I did not like the price of the breakfast, it was a nice selection but way over priced, in my mind. I didn't like my first night, I was next to a very noisy piece of machinery that whirred the whole night to such an extent that it vibrated items in the bathroom. This must be a well known problem so why put people in there. They changed my room the next day but I was halfway through my stay by that point. They should not have out me in there in the first place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The amazing Lady on the Check-In. That they called before we arrived because you need a Restaurant Reservation in Holland at the moment. The awesome bed in the Superior Room!!! The Dry Age Steak at the Lido Restaurant!! The Variety of Beer they offer! The possibility of a Water Taxi to get it o the City!! You can choose from four breakfasts, and you want four stomachs :) You feel like as really travelling on a Shop!
Cons: The only thing I could complain about is some light rain on Sunday ;) But I love rain, so.. it was perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the overall experience
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything in the same place, with bar and cabin close
Cons: Pillow a bit smelly
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful ship, special place to stay, especially if you take the water taxi to get there. Very romantic. Breakfast was very good, lots of options (yet not always included in the room price). I recommend this place if you want to stay in a truly different hotel and go back in time and dream you are on Love Boat.
Cons: No tea in the room, and barely enough coffee for 2 people (1 cup of each sort, no possibility to make 2 cups of coffee of the same kind). Empty minibar, and room service unavailable in the evening (only breakfast can be delivered to the room). Bit disappointing if you want to have a drink or a snack in your room. Limited vegetarian options in the restaurant (not to mention vegan options!).
5.0 Okay
Pros: It rate my stay as 5.0
Cons: - No window ! - empty mini bar - I had to call to obtain a TV control and it took 20 mins to arrive (one needs to activate the TV in order to obtain the password for the wifi. - shuttle car to metro station doesn’t operate after 7pm

Pros: It was ok, basic like a student quarters but fine generally for a one night stay. Free WiFi, tv in room. Budget place, you are paying budget prices. Staff friendly.
Cons: The mattress kept falling off the frame so I was leaning at an angle all night.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The hotel has a good location. It is really close to the city center. Also, it has a free WI-FI, but that is all that is good ( I guess it is what you get for the money paid) Everything else wasn't good.
Cons: Bad experience. The rooms and the bathrooms are dirty. In our room, we had a broken bad which was so uncomfortable to sleep. Also, there are BUGS in the rooms who bite you ( i have bug sting on my body). The reception and the elevator are smelly and dirty. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here
5.0 Okay
Cons: The window is broken and it’s cold I slept in my jacket
4.2 Okay
Pros: Only stayed one night but it was pretty reasonably priced for the location. Walking distance to several local restaurants and bars.
Cons: No parking for hotel guests. The public parking areas were pretty expensive.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location only
Cons: The hotel got bed bugs everywhere in the room which has affected my skin and infected my whole body.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Some of receptionists were quiet friendly
Cons: There was bed bugs in my mattress., it's very noise through out the night, I left with lots of bugs bites in my body, I told the young man and his colleague and then they change the room, they were very professional. But in the other one of the ladies on the check was so an unpleasant in the reception, only because she was chatting with her friends in the kitchen, and I didn't press the bell, no manners at all, very rude lady!she ended up check out. Saying everything was OK. Bye! I think she should get a life. Rude woman.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Management responded to our concerns about our initial room and immediately upgraded us to one of their suites at No additional cost. A great outcome for us.
Cons: Our initial room had a small double bed set against one wall and it was not suitable for people of our age. When we raised our concerns we were given a better room.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location is nice. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The room had wet carpet covered with mold. It smelled horribly. And is obviously a health hazard. The sheets were covered in yellow spots. Towels were dirty. I arrived late at night and stayed one night so just didn’t have energy to deal with it. Otherwise wouldn’t even stay there. The hotel is very old and need major renovation to be acceptable.
6.8 Good
Pros: Great price for a small, clean room near some great restaurants and bars.
Cons: Furniture old and worn.

7.0 Good
Pros: A good hotel with warm friendly staff in a really good location

6.0 Good
Pros: nice omelet

Cons: The bar closes at 12 which is a little early I guess.

Pros: Premium location
Cons: As I recall, of two outlet ports (#2 plug connections) one was next to sink, other at end of bed.,...Hallway carpeting dated.
