    The hotel is in the city center, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the park.

    There was a discrepancy with our reservation. I booked the room with breakfast. However, the hotel staff stated it was not included in the price of our stay. I even showed the staff the hotel confirmation, which clearly stated free breakfast. Then, they made us wait when trying to contact Kayak. Overall, it left a bad Impression, and I would stay somewhere else on the next visit to Brno.

    The location is really good. Near the old town, across the street from the castle. The food was ok, the rooms pretty nice.

    Coffee at the bar downstairs is really bad, they serve it in some old communistic cups.

    Very good location. Nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfest.

    Very unprofessional front desk staff. Maybe someone should tell her that smartass remarks of the personal nature are not such a good idea in the upclass hotel of this nature.
