8.1 Excellent (1,125 reviews)
Pro " The location literally couldn't have been better. It was a 4-minute walk from Grand Place, the center plaza of Brussels and where a lot (I'd venture to say most) of the action happens. B-aparthotel was directly located on a street with restaurants, on one of the side streets of the Brussels old town area. We wanted to be near Grand Place and couldn't be happier with our choice to stay there! Also, you get complete quiet when you close the windows. It seems they used thick sound-proof windows and walls in construction, which allows you to drown out the noise of the outside entirely. This was important for us since it's central and people walk by all the time. "
Con " I honestly can't think of anything to improve. I suppose the kitchen appliances like the stovetop could be more substantial. The handle on ours broke, making it impossible to turn the stove off. The maintenance guy had to come help us. But this was not really a problem because he was there within 10 minutes. They were closed for a holiday on May 30, so if the stovetop broke then, it may have been more of an issue. But they have an emergency phone number. "
