Thieving cleaners, rude staff, faulty air conditio
Location to old town was only positive!
Air conditioning didn't work in either of the 3 rooms we booked, to which staff on reception refused to fix, cleaners rummaged through our bags while we were out. Rooms were damaged, 1 towel in room with 2 sharing. There's so many more places too stay in bucarest, honestly don't dissapoint yourself with a visit to this ibis.
