Bath soap needs to be stocked in the bathroom
Pros (+) Very pleased. Staff friendly and helpful. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Great location near the Chain Bridge.

Cons (-) When we arrived to celebrate our anniversary, we were told we had been allocated a twin room as requested. I showed the staff our confirmation and we were told there were no other rooms available unbelievably until the following day.
