The location was great and we enjoyed the executive lounge.
We booked for 4 ppl in 2 rooms through the booking.com. When we arrived we got told that we only booked 2 ppl in 2 rooms and we have to then pay 34€ more for the two people. After we paid another staff told us that we actually only need to pay more for breakfast but not for the additional accommodation. I had to fight hard, but finally I got refunds for additional money paid. The hotel staff were giving mix explanation, surely the staff’s service mind needs improvement.

Bathroom had a horrible smell like sewage. Really disgusting. Might have been coming from a broken pipe or something. I complained. They did not fix the problem, did not offer to move me to another room or did not offer me any discount or a free breakfast or anything . Do not go to room 847!
