Pick up was easy. The car was clean and new. Only thing I can say is they forgot to inform me about how to return the car during close times while car pick up. Nevertheless I managed to handle it since it was pretty self explanatory, the key drop drawer on the wall :).Reviewed 26 Jun 2024

Pros:The drop-off was super easy, kind of odd that there's no need to actually give back the keys to a person just deposit in a box at the airport, but maybe, then later I receive the confirmation of the car return and the invoice.Cons:Perhaps with the car assignment, as initially I got assigned one that I don't like it all because of the size of the car, and I asked for a sedan but wasn't available in the category that I rent, so I need to wait until the day of my reservation so they can confirm if a sedan will be available or not, but the personnel was always helpful and responsive.Reviewed 2 Mar 2021
