The car had physical damage upon pick up which was documented via verbal communication and photographic evidence. I would have preferred a vehicle without damage yet was not offer a replacement vehicle. Or even an option to upgrade. Waited in line for 45 minutes to find out the car I reserved and they confirmed was not available. I ended up getting an up charge to a different class of car because that was the only way I could get a car. For my extra money I got an old SUV that was clearly not cleaned from the previous customer. Certainly the last time I rent from Avis/Budget.Reviewed 19 May 2023

Reservation car wasn’t available and the charged me for the bigger car saying “reservations aren’t guarantees”. Then they put the wrong code in for my destination to return so it wasn’t at the airport but at a budget 5 minutes away which was a 300 dollar fee.. all and all my 96 dollar rental came to be 500 dollars.
