Drive 90 miles from Kissimmee to Ocala to pick up my rental car that I reserved from kayak online after driving the 1.5 hours I was told there was no car then was told there were cars at the Ocala airport ubered there and no car read says I have a car, then I had to Uber all the back to my family in Kissimmee I will never use budget again and I suggest you don’t ! $300 no carReviewed 22 Oct. 2022

Car was nice and clean. The office closed at 1 pm and we needed the car until 4 pm the next day. They charged a full additional day for 3 hours because they were not open later. Feel it was a bit of a greedy move.Reviewed 11 Jan. 2022

Cons:We booked a van for our daughter’s wedding over a month ago. The day before someone called to confirm and we confirmed the pick up. On the wedding day the father of the bride went to pick up the van and it was not where it was supposed to be. He spent almost an extra hour out of his day having to go to another location to pick up the van. We were highly disappointed after we even asked for the location the day before for the pick up.
