What a rip off!Cons:After calling to make arrangements to change my drop off location and being told there would be no fees, no extra charges, I proceed with my day and feel relieved. I get there, the paperwork is processed, I hand her the keys and she gives me a receipt. As I walk out the door, I read the receipt. My one day rental, originally prices at $83 is now over $500. What!?! I return to the counter and ask what the heck is going on. Because of the change in drop off location, my daily rate was bumped to $120, there was a $300 fee and a bunch of other miscellaneous charges. I tell her this is not acceptable. I called and you told me, there would be no fees. If this is what it was going to cost, I wanted the car back and figure out another strategy. Stone-cold sober, the girl says "you can't, the car has been returned." I'm disgusted and will be calling corporate to try and gain some reprieve. How is it okay to lie to my face, question them, and then have the door proverbially slammed in your face.Reviewed 25 Apr. 2017
