I ordered a Mercedes’ and received a Mazda. When I told the agent this he said there was nothing he could do. So effectively I paid a premium to receive a Mazda instead on a Mercedes’Reviewed 14 Sep. 2022

I booked the car for 215 Euros with tax and additional fees. I'm being charged 440 Euros. - I filled up the car with gas. - There were no damages. - Budget is not refunding the outstanding money.Reviewed 17 May 2022

Pros:Staff was readily available and I was provided with a wonderful new car. They stuck to the price they had listen on their website.Cons:They charge a hefty "kaution" which makes you pay an extra 100 euros that is returned after the service is finished and the car is returned.Reviewed 20 Feb. 2020

Pros:Car rental company was great and very helpful. KAYAK reservation was horrible!!! They reserved the wrong class of car for a false lower price!!! I will never use KAYAK again.Cons:Be aware of KAYAK making wrong reservations to get your business. Never had this issue with competing websites. DO NOT USE THEM.Reviewed 17 Jun. 2019

Cons:they didnt have a car for us, although the fact that we had a reservation. they told us things like "it's not your fault", "what do you want me to do". they told us to call the customer service for finding a solution but the customer service told us that we need to speak with the people in the store. because we already booked hotels in different places we had to find a car, a day after christmas day when all the companies are almost fully booked. it took us 4 hours until we found one, in a different company of course. don't order Budget/Avis (they work together) if you want agood experience.Reviewed 31 Dec. 2018

NEVER AGAIN Tricky tricky paid 546 for 196 bookedPros:My trip BÚT NOT THE BILLCons:Kayak offered very attractive prices for 196 days. But after the taxes and is rance the bill went to 546. Wrong pick-up locationCons:Although I have chosen Airport, the web site gave me the city center as pick-up location.. We have realized it when we there.. so we had to cancel the booking, and rent another car with higher price.. :(Reviewed 13 Jun. 2016
